151st and Black Bob - ask for Ivory! He did wonderful with my Deaf son and myself. Lots of issues and questions and he answered all of them. I came back and bought a phone from Ivory and he found me a great deal. IVORY IS AWESOME!!

Ordered the new iPhone with Eugene, he was wonderful to work with, knew his stuff, it was a great experience.

The staff is tremendous at this T Mobile store. I was greeted within 30 seconds of walking in the by door Bri and assisted mostly by Austin and Noelle. Noelle made sure I got everything with my new phone set up correctly and explained all that I needed to know about my phone and T Mobile services. This location has a refreshing customer service approach where the employees talk to the customers to find out what the customer needs and answer their questions. I highly recommend this store and staff. You ca schedule an appointment on line. If you walk in and there is a wait, they tell you up front and offer to call you when it’s your turn.

Little to no wait times, fast and quick service! My family and I worked with Nick to change SIM cards for our new phones. He was quick and prompt and we were in and out. We also worked with Shelby and he was very helpful with trying to fix our plan. Great service and staff all around!

We recently added a new line to our plan and we were having horrible issues with sending/receiving messages on the new phone. After going to several T-Mobile locations this was the ONLY location that resolved our problem. HUGE thank you to Noelle for coming to our rescue! Austin you were great too!

Very helpful caring staff! Activated my new phone very quickly and wiped my old phone clean of all apps and personal information. I was extremely impressed!

I went in today needing some desperate help with my phone. With that, Nicholas and Edgar stepped up and helped me immediately without question. They were extremely kind, thorough, and extremely polite people. They were extremely selfless of their time and went above and beyond the call of duty. Anytime, from now on, when I go to this store, those are the two I am going to seek out. Their customer service was above anything I could have expected. I hope their manager realize what talent they have in those two. Again, thank you to you both for your help and assistance. I really, really appreciate it and hope by writing this, you know how sincere I am.

I would give T-Mobile as a service a zero star review. I’ve had an absolutely horrible experience, BUT Austin was able to turn my day around. He was so professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I will go back to this location for any further assistance I might need. I greatly appreciated his help today and all the advice he provided!

We activated 2 lines here a few weeks ago and Eugene was SUCH a help to us in every step of the process. He made sure we left with no doubts and everything set up exactly how we wanted on our new phones. He's a gem! Anytime we need something we will go through him now.

Walked in and worked with Eugene. He’s a fabulous employee took the time to actually do math to figure out which plan would save us the most money. In todays world this kind of customer service doesn’t exist anymore well done !

Went to TMobile to start service on a new phone for my husband today. The first thing I noticed as I walked in the door is that the store was immaculate. We were greeted at the door, which was opened for us so we didn't have to worry about touching it. There was also cleaning taking place the entire time we were in the store. Thank you to Johnny who helped us with start of service. Very knowledgeable, kind and helpful with all our questions. We were very happy with with all aspects of service and based on this experience, we are very excited to be TMobile customers.

A JOY to have Noelle help me! I had a DISASTROUS experience at the T-Mobile near 135th & Metcalf (almost LOST my number, had since 1988!), Noelle made everything LOOK easy! GREAT STORE!!!

I called apple before calling the t-mobile location on 151st about my phone not taking a charge. Apple told me i would need to replace my iphone that was recently purchased 8 months ago. I proceeded to call t-mobile and an employee (i’m not sure of his name) and he walked me through a simple way to try and resolve the problem, which did fix my problem. overall very impressed.

Nicholas Kotschwar helped us with a mess we had made trying to transfer our phones around. He was efficient, fast and very professional! He quickly pin pointed out issue and did all he could to solve it! We’ll definitely be back and send others to that location.

Great experience at this location. Austin assisted with a personal line and new business line. He was very patient and helped me find the best solution for each need. Christine was very helpful with porting over a number from a prior carrier that was ring difficult.

I would first like to state that I don’t leave google reviews often. I think that this store truly deserves it. Great customer service and extremely helpful with all of the questions I had. This is probably the best experience I have ever had with a T-Mobile store. I will be using them in the future as well.
