The best location for ATT in the area. The manager here ALWAYS goes out his way to help me with my problems. Come here to transfer companies or get products. Everyone here is cool and very helpful. Dedicated 3 hours helping me get credits I was owed after bouncing around different departments

All I have to say is Leela was the best representative of ATT&T I have ever come across and I’ve been a customer a few years! She was welcoming and ready to help she listened she offered things to make my plan better and get more for my money. She is a true asset to this company and she is unmatched. Such a breath of fresh air after the experience I had the day before at a different location. Keep up the great work

I have met and worked with several of the employees here and each one of them treated me with professionalism, respect, and kindness. They were very helpful and patient with me. The manager, Bill, helped me the most. Bill took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was 100% set before I left. This is the only At&t store I will go to for help because of their 5 star customer service. Thank you for your help!

The first time I was in Kevin helped me. He was friendly, helpful, gave me options, and took care of getting me setup with a new phone. I didn't end up liking the phone so 8 days later I came back to return it, this time O was helped by Bill and a new associate he was training. Bill was also friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about taking care of me in a timely manner. They took the phone back, updated my account, and waived the restocking fee. All in all my two experiences at this store were awesome.

Neal and Teryike where wonderful! Was having problems for two months not being able to use three phones I was paying for. There was a mix up on someone's end with black listing and wronging the problems of stolen phones and these two solved it in minutes comapared to the 5-6weels of people passing me through phone numbers trying to find a person to solve the problem. They where wonderful and even helped me get my CNA discount! It was fast and easy. Way better then hours to weeks to a month on the phone trying to solve the problem.

Hands down the Best Customer Service I’ve ever had with AT&T. Angelica helped me greatly in getting my Apple Watch Working again.! (thank you) She was super patient and over all just super friendly.

This is the only AT&T store my husband and I ever go to. And today was the perfect example on why! Leela and Samiyah were amazing! They were friendly, professional and made what could have been a long and exhausting process, quick and easy. They both went above and beyond today and it was very much appreciated. Thank you!!

I had a great experience at this store. Everyone was helpful. Yes, it was busy, but it's in DOWNTOWN NORFOLK... Gotta expect delays at times. The folks there were all respectful and professional and seemed to handle each customer with care and urgency. I've gone to other ATT locations and had much worse experiences. I'd go here again.

Everyone helped out to make sure we were satisfied. Great customer service. The wait wasn’t long. The store manager made sure our experience was a great one. I recommend this store to anyone ESP if you are time sensitive.

Neal was extremely helpful, answering all my questions over the phone before I even came in. Made upgrading my phone and signing up for a plan easy. Very professional and efficient.

I have been an ATT customer since February when I ugly the iPhone XR. I have had several issues including s number change and bills and every time I have an issue I feel in safe hands coming and talking to Bill or Malik. They make sure there is no more issue for me and it’s a great experience every time! 5 stars!

I am so beyond satisfied with Ms Juanita Customer service!!!!!! I really wasn’t expecting to leave out of the store with the iPhone 12 but I did she worked very hard to get the job done and she has a whole lot of personality definitely Going to return to buy my accessories and I would like to deal with her only!!!😍🥰

Best service ever! All of the people working here were super patient and kind. They had to deal with technical issues but still stayed calm through the whole process. Even with the store packed, they managed to fix the problems with the account. Definitely will come to this store for all of my AT&T and cellphone needs.

Keisha, Bill, and Steven were very professional and patient. I broke my phone and was in a crisis. They helped me purchase a new phone and even found several ways to help me save money on my bill without me even asking! I have been to many at&t's and no other team have been as helpful as MacArthur center. I will return with friends! Thank u!!!

Neil is an asset to your company. I haven’t seen customer service like this in a long time. Multi tasking. Attention to detail and continued to assist even after closing time. 10 stars for me.

Exceptional service from Chaz. He helped me with an issue I had gone to four stores to resolve. They weren't familiar with the aim card data option for Audi vehicles. I walked in and he resolved my issue in five minutes.

Bill the store manager was incredibly helpful. He got us the best discounts and was very friendly. If not for him I would not have purchased any of the stuff I did. When I visited he was the only one working and gave us his full attention. 5 stars.
