I recently had a great experience at this Autozone location. The level of service provided by manager Daniela was truly excellent, and she went above and beyond to ensure my needs were not only met but exceeded. What stood out the most was the friendly and welcoming atmosphere created by her.

I was at AutoZone today on South sixth and I was just blown away by the amazing customer service that Adrian provided. He did an excellent job. He’s definitely won me as a customer to come back again to this particular AutoZone. I don’t think anyone has ever been as respectful and courteous and friendly as he was to me. He went way above and beyond in assisting me with my headlight with my 2009 Tahoe. So,10/10 everybody check him out when you go there!

I had my car service at Chapman VW, after paying 639$ for a turn-up, one the items they recommended was a headlight bulb, which would of cost me 60, more dollars. I decided to decline, because I knew if I would go down to auto zone and purchase the item it would be cheaper, and the employees would insulted it. [Adrian] was there to help. After checking it out, the light bulb was only loose, so [Adrian] tighten up. He save me money and as a senior citizen, on a very tight budget it was a blessings. Thank you Adrian.

I want to give a big recognition to Adrian, Damian and Daniella. Everytime I go in there, and see it's them working, I know I'm gonna be in good hands. They're very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. And they always go above and beyond... Side Note: Their store is in a really bad neighborhood and they have to deal with a lot. I praise them for their patience and calmness. Makes you feel safer when in there.

The Autozone on 6th is the only I live going to,I've tried other locations but there's a certain crew and a specific employee who's gone above and beyond to help me even with my dated vehicle,he and his coworkers have been amazing and actually have knowledge of what you are looking for,if they don't have it they go the extra mile to help get what you need because of them I'll be getting my part for my ride sooner than expected and with a great price and the quality my family deserves in a safe vehicle,thank you guy's!

We were in such a dire situation last night (630pm) when my 7 year old son and I were just about to head to the park and our radiator hose busted out of nowhere and our car was overheating being miles from home and no shop anywhere still open. [Man, it was stressful but] We were blessed that the kind and helpful Adrian C. made sure we were taken care of. He helped find the part we needed right away, he lent us the tools we needed and did all he could to help which was above and beyond, lending us his personal jack, floor pad shop mat, and even helping us with a complimentary hose clamp and water bottles for me and my son. I an certainly amazed by the world class customer service and hospitality that was gifted to us when we're having what could have been one heck of a night! Needed a small piece of hosing for my 83 Porsche 944. It was a rather unusual piece of hosing given its spot and I couldn’t find any traces of it online within my area. This guy named Adrian was really helpful, he took a quick look at my engine and then basically hooked me up with the piece I needed almost instantly. Service was fast and employees are well mannered. Will be coming back here again!

Have to send out a great big Thank You to Martin (name tag) inside joke. Martin went out of his way to help me replace my battery and did it within 20 minutes. Its great to know you can count on the guys from South 6th AutoZone. Thanks Martin you are appreciate.

Normal shopping experience. Staff was friendly and helpful plus store looked clean as I walked around. One difference I noticed is the guy who looked up my vehicle's info for an oil change went and got it then charged me right away. I thought "that's cool especially if that's all you come in for and can bypass the line to pay." For me it's not needed but I can see the benefit. For that I gave 5 stars

About two weeks i needed help on assembly with a tow strap. No matter how hard i tried, I couldnt put it in working order. Teresa a wonderful and extremly helpful store clerk went out of her way to help me. She put it together and even helped me to tie down what i was using the tow strap for. Thanks to her my problem was solved and i wasnt late for work. I would of probably been fired. She was most resourceful and helpful to. Thank you Teresa and everyone at AutoZone. Im a happy customer who will always return because of your customer service.

I would like to thank all the workers at The AutoZone at 6th and 29th for being so attentive to people's needs, good customer service and real professionals.
It started to rain and I needed wipers for my car, and he went outside in the rain and installed it for me Thank you so much
