Went in and was out within 15 minutes only a few customers in there.

Large fresh produce section, in store bakery with the best pan dolce also great butcher block, store is always clean and well stocked. Employee's are always so helpful!!

Today I went and grabbed 4 12 packs of Pepsi (4 for an amazing price) and the cashier literally went out of her way to ensure I received my discount. Which is amazing because I didn't notice the price difference at 1st until she pointed it out lol she went crazy making sure I wasn't overcharged. Exceptional customer service makes me a proud customer. ❤

Always seem to find better prices here. Although I'm a meat person, their steak selection isn't always good but if you like roasted chicken they always prepare it right there on a grill outside. The aroma will drive you crazy. They always have better prices on their vegetables. And always fresh. Very easy to get to right from the freeway.

Both the food quality and service here are so good, I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. The only reason I haven't been here in a while is that I've been broke as of late. It's difficult to compliment just one outstanding employee because outstanding and efficient service seems to be a theme common to all employees there that I've interacted with.

Kudos to this particular Food City in south Tucson! The customer service was exceptional including my particular check out cashier with an unusual name and told us that we could just call her "Hex". She was very polite and made sure to ask my mother and I how our day was going and if we had found everything we were looking for. Her bubbly demeanor made our shopping experience a happy one and helped me to forget about an already stressful week. This as we are moving and in between homes. This was in addition to great prices on just about everything in the store.

I don't understand why Food City get such a bad rap from people in Tucson. It actually is one of my favorite places to shop and having one nearby is really convenient because they constantly have a changing selection of great produce with great prices. Wonderful store for Mexican and Hispanic Foods, and they offer really good baked goods as well as a wonderful rotisserie chicken. There homemade salsas are really out of this world too! I usually go in the morning when it's not too busy.

Food City is awesome. Most things are very cheap. The veggies fresh and in good shape. The meat selection is huge. Both priced very well. Mexican selections abound. Chorizo and cheeses plentiful. It is lacking in whatever current kale contraption whole foods is selling, but who cares? Real food great prices right here. Friendly staff. Every version of Doritos you ever thought possible. Cheap spices. Great Mexican music hits playing on the overhead speakers. I always thankful this place is here.

Been going here for the past 5 years there the best and I do mean better then the rest. Always friendly and courteous with great prices. Wed, fruits and vegetables, Thur, meats Friday starts the sale for everything else, thanks for your service during this pandemic.

Clean store. A couple of security guards inside the entrance so felt safe. A variety of products. Quick check out.

Has been very clean every time I go. The butcher lady was very friendly, with great customer service. Very large food city meeting all your Mexican American food needs. The longaniza is very tasty and their queso fresco is always delicious. Prices are good with a lot of great, weekly deals.

My favourite chain for produce in Tucson. Lots of variety and good prices. They also had some nice ice creams this time :-)

I travel across town, past other FC locations and other chains because, IMHO, this store has the best meat selection in town! Shank steaks, chuck roasts, tamale meat, beef ribs etc...all expertly trimmed and fresh! The fish is excellent too, and the counter staff is always friendly, professional and accommodating!

Diana & Emmanuel are amazing with their customer service skills . Always willing to go the extra mile when I need help. My favorite place to get money orders an now my favorite place to get groceries. Thanks guys y’all make Food City Tucson’s #1 grocery store. Definitely deserve recognition for their amazing service. This is a neighborhood friendly store! They are always courteous and I support the family oriented businesses in the local community. Although a major food chain this Food City has that feeling of being close to family, that is why I always come here.

Always clean, pretty decent produce especially for the modest prices charged and items stay pretty well stocked. Need a key for restrooms. They offer hot Mexican food that is very good and fair prices for the quantity received.
