Arguably a company with thee best costumer service experiences. I’ve shopped online, and while it serves a purpose it’s nice to have that human interaction from time to time. The fragrance of the store and earthy aroma alone is worth a trip to the brick and mortar! While popping in to refill my holy grail product (Primrose Hydrating Cream) Sarah was kind enough to take a moment and ask if my sink concerns had changed since my last purchase. While shopping I was offered a cup of tea, a pleasant offering on a rainy day! Included with my purchase Sarah provided me some samples of a new night mask that I’m eager to try!

We came in an early afternoon and was greeted by the staffs. They had us wash our hands and tried on some lotion we were interested in. In addition another staff served us some warm mint tea and it was perfect as the weather was quite cold outside. The staffs were very nice and helpful. They also gave us some samples to try. They put the items in a tote string bag, but wished it also came in a small paper bag (maybe to not create extra paper waste). Overall, the experience was very nice and the inside was very beautiful! Recommend everyone to come and try out their hand lotion and other products.

Kayla at the Aesop on west Broadway blew me away with her outstanding customer service & lovely spectacular show stopping personality. Kayla was so extremely accommodating & efficient with helping me narrow down which scent profiles spoke to me the most among all the different scents that Aesop carries. She was funny, caring, charismatic, & a pleasure to meet. My experience at this Aesop improved my credit, restored my hairline, & added 12 years to my life span. I’m so incredibly grateful for the experience that was afforded to me through Kayla’s immaculate customer service, & endearing sense of humor. Also Scott made the most delicious tea I’ve ever had in my entire life. This is by far the best Aesop location in the tri-state area, hands down.

How do you walk past Aesop without going in? Always such a beautifully designed storefront, interior and curated selection of the best of Australian scents. My personal favourites are the hand wash, a simple way to elevate my bathroom sanctuary at home.

Another fantastic location for Aesop- the atmosphere is so peaceful and calm. I came into the store in a bit of a rush (for no real reason), but found the staff to be so calm, grounding and patient. They were knowledgeable, knees exactly what I was after, and were able to connect to my international Aesop account to review my past products! Great staff training- and of course, these products are phenomenal.

Went to this location on Thursday and was very pleased with the service. Stacy, the young Asian woman who assisted me walked me through my current skin care routine and helped me find a regiment to suit my combination skin. It's only been a few days and my skin is noticably glowing. She was kind, gracious and even helped me find a gift for my niece's graduation. Will definitely be coming to this location again.

The ladies in store were super helpful! They let me try different scents and soaps while sanitizing everything. I ended up getting the citrus body wash I love and a new fragrance.

All the usual great Aesop products, really friendly, knowledgeable staff to help too. Highly recommend visiting if you're in the area and in the market for this type of stuff. Store design is great too.

Luxury full line brand, best ingredients with a basis of botanical extracts. Use the entire line body, face & hair. Like no other store. Excellent!
