My go-to place for shipping and packing supplies. They stock all sorts of sizes of boxes, from tiny to giant! Friendly and helpful staff and great prices.

Jesus and Genesis were very helpful and professional. I had a challenging personal situation where I needed a large package sent and documented through the shipping process for legal reasons and they listened to everything I needed and had a can-do attitude. I appreciated how carefully Jesus packed things. They were honest with me about how long it would take and they were actually done before that! It was quick and relatively affordable.

Every time I need specific sizes of boxes, I found them at this place. Besides that, the help is great. I always have a good experience going there.

The service here is way above average. The guys here are great! They are helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I ship a lot of merchandise on a daily basis, different sized items and quantities. I provide the measurents and description of the items being shipped and the Box City employees know the exact type of shipping container that is required to ship. What's more is that I have not needed to be in the store for more than ten minutes.

I feel like this store is more a part of my community and that they genuinely concerned with my needs and my business' needs rather then just trying to sell me some boxes and get me out of there. Great place for your box needs. A great variety of sizes and types of boxes plus. All the packing supplies. The employees are always friendly. Went in to get a few things and someone had vandalized the place, breaking the window. Even with the stress of that, the gentlemen working were friendly and helpful!

If they don’t have it, it doesn’t exist. Don’t quote me on that, but seriously, they have just about everything you need for packing, shipping, and wrapping. The staff are all nicer and more helpful than the next.

These guys have everything. Boxes within a couple inches of each other so you get a tight fit that saves money at the post office. Tape, padding, jewelry boxes, wine boxes, everything you can think of.

Very friendly staff other box cities and they never bothered to tell me that there is a three discount program for businesses because they went to the trouble of helping with that they have her in my business plus their selection is much much better than other box cities I have been to.
