I love the convenience of this store. I recently had a return there and Agnes H., was particularly helpful. She went out of her way to find me a replacement and I was even able to get another item in my size. It was a bit of a complicate return but Agnes and her manager Nivlem worked together to make it happen.

Why do I have to pay for the mistake made by an inefficient employee? I bought three shapewears at this store. Upon arriving to my destination, I noticed that one of them did not have a price tag. I then found out that this was not the shapewear I usually wear from Spanx, and so, I decided it would be best to return it. Upon landing at DCA, I go back to this Spanx store and tell the woman at the front desk that I would like to return this piece of shapewear. From the beginning, she was not friendly and did not have a good attitude and began treating me like I was stupid. I attempted to explain to her multiple times that I was sold this piece of shapewear without the price tag but that it was included on the receipt and I even provided her with evidence that this shapewear was somehow scanned and was included on the receipt. We continued to go back and forth on this, but she was still rude and refused to understand that this was simply how the shapewear was sold to me. Despite all this, she did not allow me to return the item. In conclusion, not great customer service and would not recommend.

This location does not answer the phone no matter what time of day you call. Pointless to shop here if you need support or a question answered.

I Purchased a few items at the spanx store at Tampa airport. I needed to return them to the DC store because they did not fit. I was unable to return it to the Dc airport store because you must have a boarding pass to get to the spanx store. Also, no one picks up the phone, it constantly rings. I called the customer service number, they attempted to force me to take a gift card or they would refund me my money through PayPal. I used a credit card. My advice if you don’t have time to try it on, do not purchase Spanx items when in the airport. That’s their way of making money and forcing you to keep an item(s) that you cannot wear.

When flying out of DCA I bought a few items from this tote and asked what the return policy was. I live in the DC area so didn’t think it would be hard to come back if something didn’t fit. Turns out r his store is beyond secuoso you have to have a boarding pass to get to it to make a return. Spanx stores do not take returns from the retail stores. I tried calling the store MANY times and they never picked up 😡

Apparently this isn’t a “full spanx store.” I brought items purchased online and was told by the very unfriendly lady at the desk that they don’t take returns unless they’re from an “airport spanx.” So silly, why do these stores even exist if they aren’t full service….?

You can't get to this store unless you have a boarding pass. It's really unfortunate as I wasted an entire 90 minutes to get to the store, park and try to figure out how to get to it. That needs to be noted on line - you really can go to this store.

This store never answers the phone, i have called them multiple days all different times and they Never answer. What’s the point in having a number if they don’t answer. Management needs to pick up the phone or fix whatever phone problem they’re having!
