I would like to take the time to thank Faz and Christine for your exceptional service. Thank you for making our morning an amazing one. Food was delicious, hot, tasty, and fresh. Morning staff gets a 💯% in my book. Nailed it!!!! I highly recommend this location and any other Faz location for a great time.

the chicken and beef kabob was excellent as well as the service... it was a good decision to eat at the hotel...

My co-worker and I were staying at the Sheraton for a week on business. We stopped in for happy hour and apps the first two nights we were there. The bartenders were awesome and very attentive. The manager stopped by and talked to us every night we were came in. You could tell it wasn't just because it was his job, but because he enjoyed it. On the second day, he walked up to tell us about the free BBQ for hotel guests that was on the patio, which we obviously didn't know about even though we were looking at a menu. We both thought this was awesome and ordered food anyways because he was so straight forward and honest.

The day I checked out, I stopped in for lunch before heading to the airport. The manager remembered that I was a hotel guest and chatted with me while I was hanging out. He thanked me for visiting on the couple of nights that I did.

I will definitely be back when I'm in town for business. Thanks for such awesome food and service guys!!

Great place to meet with friends! Relaxing and the food is excellent! My daughter and I had the vegetarian kabobs. Yum!

Ahmed, Mina, and Cher are just the most gracious, professional, and sincere individuals who will provide exceptional customer service no matter how busy they are. They each ensured that all of our guests were well taken care of and accommodated each of the special request that was given. I highly recommend this fine establishment which is clean, inviting, and has great food for all diets. Thank you so much for the great experiences each visit. We will continue to return.

We picked up our Christmas dinner to go this year, and found the food the be delicious. The portions were plentiful, the food was super fresh and tasted great. We had the filet mignon, vegetarian ravioli, pork chip and pomegranate chicken. All four were great! Thanks Faz for continuing your tradition of great food for the holidays.

We have ordered their takeout for Mothers Day and,most recently, family style. Both were excellent and good value. You'll laugh, but we are happily reusing the containers when we set up to eat outside on occasion.

Came here for a few Thanksgiving brunches. It was fantastic! Service was terrific and food was excellent. We made it a family tradition now lol they have a huge variety of food from Shrimp to Eggs Benedict, prime rib to salmon.

Very nice bad setup and restaurant, catered to mostly working professionals within a nice atmosphere of hotel garden with live music from the bar. Has beer on tap, pizzas, mediterranean salads and plates. Alberto even had me prepared a custom salad, combining few items from the menu! Will be visiting again!

Celebrated a birthday on a Friday night. It was fairly empty. Nice upscale atmosphere. Excellent food. Awesome service. Definitely would come back. Way better than downtown Pleasanton crowded restaurants.

Live music and happy hour! Complimentary brick oven baked pizza, home-made potato chips and fresh salsa. Easy access to the freeway and won't break the bank! The service has always been spot on.

I can only rate the bar. I often stop in after work for a quick bite. I am always welcome by Vanessa and Jodi. I can depend on a first class experience. Always professional, fun and entertaining. They are the reason I keep returning. Next time you are in pleasanton and looking for a bite or just a cool place to have a beer. Make sure you ask for Vanessa and Jodi. They are the best :-)

Very nice restaurant with awesome, friendly service. Food is great as well (get the pizza!) The terrible, loud lounge music being pumped through the speakers is my only complaint - but that's a personal preference, so I'm not docking any stars. Highly recommended!

Amazing food, great location and the staff was extremely pleasant. Looking forward to planning many events with the lovely catering staff as well. Its a must to stop and enjoy the new nightlife on Saturday nights.

Attended a sales presentation topped off with a very good dinner. I'll be back as a customer of the restaurant. If a mass dinner was good, then I'd expect an individual dinner to be surberb. Location is easy access from all of the Tri-Valley. Something to look forward too.

Came here as a family. Parents used to come regularly over 15 years ago! The service was excellent as was the food. Cozy environment and family friendly atmosphere. Definitely would come here again.

Couldn't stop tasting those PRAWNS they served me it was so delicious. Thank you to the waiter I really didn't know what to choose. My husband had a Grilled Hamburger it quality meat. He says, he's returning another time for Their Hamburgers.

Always enjoy coming here for lunch on my annual CISR designation update class. Their Mediterranean themed menu is really good. I always get the lamb!

Its my first time to visit Faz. The ambiance of the place is great and their staffs were welcoming. They have an excellent menu and surely everyone will love it. The visit was worth it.
