We encountered issues with an older gas fireplace that we had purchased from a different company. Despite previous attempts by the original company's technicians, none of them demonstrated sufficient expertise to adequately service the unit. Additionally, we discovered that the fireplace had not been properly installed initially. While it took some time to schedule Kozy Heat due to their high demand, we were exceptionally pleased with the technician they dispatched and the quality of his work.

The technician arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule, exhibiting both a personable demeanor and extensive knowledge. He efficiently resolved our problem within a short timeframe, rectifying errors made by the previous company's technicians. As a result, the fireplace now operates like new. I wholeheartedly recommend Kozy Heat for any of your fireplace-related needs.

Have been to this place for north polar express train ( bus) . It was our first time experience with polar express and we loved every bit of it . It was a whole different experience for us and ofcourse for our toddler

We had exceptional customer service and work done by Kozy Heat when getting our wood burning fire place installed. They worked with us to insure that it met all codes and looked great. We are so excited to have it for these cold days. We have already recommended them as our neighbors and friends have fallen in love with with it. After the very first fire in the fireplace we do not have any unreasonable amounts of smoke coming from our hidden pipe.

Experienced installers of over 30 years each, and two service workers who have 3 or more years of experience fixing up and cleaning your fireplaces. These workers are kind, helpful and know what they are doing!

Very professional, accommodating, knowledgeable company who cares about the community. I had new gas logs installed last December in our main living area and we absolutely love them. This year, I inquired about replacing my old gas logs in my kitchen fireplace that stopped working. I was ready to replace them with a whole new set but TJ was able to clean, repair and install our existing gas logs for a fraction of the cost to replace them. I appreciate honesty. Highly recommend this company.

We rec'd a text confirming our service appointment date and time, within minutes of making the appointment. The text showed who the technician would be. The day of the appointment, I rec'd a call from the technician telling me he was 20 minutes out...He arrived ON TIME! He took his time to find the problem, and then fixed it. Used kozy heat to fix my gas log fireplace. I wasn’t able to be there when they repaired the problem. They were very friendly to work with and fixed my issue. I had to call the service person after hours to ask a couple questions. He called back promptly and talked me through my questions. Very good customer service! Thanks Kozy Heat. I definitely will use them again.

My husband went into the store with our controllers to our gas fireplace. It was only working after manual manipulation of the batteries, and not every time. The guys behind the counter were very helpful and even gave him a controller he had changed out for another customer because they had either broken or lost the battery cover. He came home and replaced a few things and our fireplace woks great again!! He said they did not have to be so helpful, yet they were and took $0 for the old part. Great customer service and honesty. Great Company. Very customer friendly and accommodating. Greg, our fireplace repairman, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, and friendly. I was in a bind with a propane leak in my fireplace, and Greg worked me in to repair a cracked hose carrying the propane. Now my wife and I feel safe and no more propane leaks.

Outstanding!! We had two wood fireplaces converted to gas fireplaces. I'm not an easy person to please but these guys are "great". Very professional, they know what they are doing (been doing it for decades.) My wife gets very concern when propane gas is concern. No worries here. Highly recommend them.

In all transparency, Kozy Heat crew/team was phenomenal- they came in and explained all that needed to occur in order for us to have a safe and effective yet efficient fireplace. As a matter of fact, their crew saw the unit I ordered was not as efficient as another model - knowing my concern with safety and effectiveness for my home, family, and neighbors they came through with a great solve. We have family over for dinner as well as a few close friends during this COVID time. They all love it. We have recommended Kozy Heat to all that have asked about converting existing fireplaces wether it be gas or existing wood burning.

Wow! Love the items here-very good quality and a good selection of each type of fireplace. The installers/estimate folks are very thorough, and explain exactly what will be needed to complete your project. I have an estimate and will be having my fireplace installed in the next little while. I’ll update if anything changes my ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating.

They came in super quick time. Arrived on time, found the problem, thoroughly cleaned the fireplace and charged under $100. 5 stars!

My husband and I had a new fireplace installed last month and to make that happen, our existing wall needed to be torn down and the wood-burning stove that was there needed to be moved to my husband’s shop. Kozy Heat created a timeline for each step which they fulfilled on time.
