Best primary care practice one could ever find. Dr. Musick is so INCREDIBLY kind & compassionate - extremely knowledgeable as well. The front office people are spectacular. This office cares about everyone - it is very very impressive.

Allison Gaines is the most wonderful medical personnel I have had the pleasure to work with in my many year's. So much, that my family and I use her as our primary PCP. The office staff is friendly and top notch. I highly recommend for urgent care and more.

Been here twice and had a great experience both times. Front desk employee was very pleasant and Susan at checkout is a charm to work with. Very sweet woman. I have been seen by Dr. Melanie Davidson both times and she is also very pleasant. Seems to really listen to the patient. I will be using this office as my PCP because of their awesome care. Love the flexibility of extended hours!

Alysson Gaines and Sugar Creek are the BEST! Her nurse Jessica is AMAZING too! Their social worker Jazmin went out of her way to get me my vaccination and stayed in contact with me throughout. She is FANTASTIC. It’s so nice to get care from these wonderful people.

It’s hard to find a doctor that takes the time to really listen to you.
I’m very thankful to have found Alysson Gaines. Too many doctors just want to shuffle you in and out, but Alysson spends time to understand what’s going on and treats you like you are important.

So happy they offer extended hours! We love Dr. Musick, but everything in my house seems to happen at 5 p.m. so knowing we can get seen where they have our medical records on file and followup will be easy is so great! PA Allison is the best!

The staff is amazing, receptionist, labs technicians, nurses, and especially Dr. Musick! He’s always finding a way to mend my health issues aches and pains and he encourages me to do what it takes to be healthy! Convenient timely appointments! 💙
