Awesome! The tour was far more interesting than I expected. The tour guide was knowledgeable, seemed engaged, and put forth effort. The tour took us down to the basement where Dr Baker did his autopsies. A great history of each paranormal room and its in habitats was also given.

Recently went on this ghost tour for the third time. It’s one of the best ghost tours I’ve taken over the years, so I have no problem doing it again with different people that haven’t yet had the pleasure. It’s presented with great historical detail about the hotel, along with the reports of all the different paranormal experiences people have had. I love that it’s done without any dramatic exaggeration like some tours I’ve taken. It’s a lot of fun, and even though I’ve done it three times now, if I had a friend or relative that wanted to go I wouldn’t hesitate to go for my fourth.

Interesting Ghost tour in one of the most haunting hotels in the United States. We are able to secure the tickets in the last moment of the day.
The tour lasts for an hour, the guide encourage to take pictures and guide in various parts of the hotel explaining the history and its hauntings.
One of the must try while in Eureka springs.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and an excellent storyteller. It’s a tour that you will definitely enjoy irrespective of your age group or whether you believe in ghost or not.

Keeping ghosts aside, the history of the hotel in itself is extremely fascinating. I will not spoil your fun by sharing the details but leave it on you to take a tour and enjoy the ghost ride as you walk your way down from 4th floor to morgue near hotel entrance where the tour ends.

Tickets sell fast in matter of minutes during holidays so be sure to make an online reservation in advance.

Plenty of free parking around. You can come early on the day of your tour and enjoy food at pizzeria “Top of the crest” on the top floor while soaking the beauty of the 180 degree open view. The ghost tour starts right outside the restaurant on 4th floor.

For those disabled, don’t worry. You can take an elevator during the tour and the guide will adjust to accommodate your needs. It’s a slow tour and you will not feel rushed. Let the guide know your concerns and they will take care of you.

This place is more of a resort than a hotel.

I was on a sibling trip to Eureka Springs, June 22 - 25th. We took the 8 pm Ghost Tour on Saturday 24th. Fillmore was our guide and he was fabulous! Very knowledgeable on city and hotel history. I am very surprised to have captured all that I did. A female ghost "photo bombed" me...and Orbs! Awesome visit and ready to return.

Just finished the Expanded Tour and what an absolute treat. Our guide "Mr. Graves" was absolutely stellar. Very passionate about the history of the building and has an excellent ability to weave a good story. You spend time on each floor hearing the stories from spirit encounters of guests and staff. You then venture down into the mourge to get an extended history on "Dr" Baker and it's absolutely fascinating. One of the most demented men I've had the displeasure to learn about. All in all don't listen to the grumpy reviews, if you love good stories and appreciate paranormal history and morbid history, this tour is phenomenal. The best I've been on in years. Thank you for the excellent experience.

I love this place. More of a resort than a hotel. I'd definitely go back. I recommend this as your hotel of choice when visiting Eureka Springs. Amazing haunted history. Old Victorian style decor. $15 breakfast buffet. Lots to do here. Located on top of a mountain high up in the Ozarks.

We didn't stay in the hotel this time around, just did the tour, but it was an amazing experience. Both enjoyable for me (someone who's done it multiple times now) and the three girls I was with! Definitely worth the money, whether you're interested in ghosts or history, the tour has about equal draw for history buffs or ghost people. Regarding staying in the actual hotel, I have stayed in the cabins and they were a 10/10, I tried to rebook for this trip but wasn't quick enough.

Beautiful hotel and a slight feeling of being watched by the ghost that wander there.
Also a lot of cats. Left something at this fellow’s grave.

I've gone through the tour a few times because it's a nice time to hear if the history and try to get some footage of the paranormal. The Baroness was my tour guide for the first time on this tour and she was a delight to be around. She reminded me a lot of my Grandma a d she was just a very kind person in general.

What an amazing experience! I loved hearing about the history of the hotel and the people that lived there along with what ghosts still haunt there. It’s a beautiful place inside and out. Perfect vacation

We had a great tour. Our tour guide was a lovely older gentleman who is also a conductor. He was very knowledgable, obviously passionate, and a skilled story teller. Tours aren’t really my thing - this was my wife’s pick - but it was very interesting and makes you feel more connected to this very cool place. Overall, recommend! We also stopped by the skybar - had an amazing calzone.

Great tour, lots of fun facts and information. Did not see any ghosts, but enjoyed the history and the guides knowdge of the hotel. We stayed in the Governors Suite, room 101. Amazing room, and you can almost feel the history.

The ghost tours are very cool. You learn the history of Eureka and how it became a town. The tour guides are really knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have. The Cresent is definitely a great place to visit in Eureka.

I thought this was going to be hokey but it was very interesting and well worth the money. We did not see any ghosts on our own or on our phones but it was still a really good time. The morgue was creepy and the glass jars from the ground are gross.. Dr Baker is a really bad person

I have always wanted to go on a ghost tour and I figured go big or go home. Our tour guide was absolutely lovely and you can tell she really loved the hotel and the paranormal in general. I got some great pictures and had a great time.

Nice hotel to visit. You can eat on the fourth floor without staying in the hotel.
