Lake Leatherwood City Park

Had a great weekend camping at this park! It was quiet over the Christmas holidays but I can imagine it being much busier when it's warmer. This park has beautiful camping spots on the lake, great hiking, and awesome bike trails, too! A highlight of our stay was the campground host (Jessica?). She was super helpful in getting our reservation taken care of and went above and beyond in helping us with our firewood. Will definitely be back!

Very beautiful trails and dam. The boat rentals are reasonably priced and fun. The staff who rent out the boats are also super friendly and helpful.

Really great little trails all around this park area. Once you get over to the dam, there's a little side trail that will take you down to the lower area, which is where you will see the photo where the water is cascading down.

We really enjoyed this beautiful park. Our campsite had a great view of the lake. The showers were hot and had good pressure. The hikes around the lake were great. The park is close to town but feels very remote. The staff was really knowledgeable and helpful.

Scenic area with playground, camping, boating, hiking, etc. I found a Sasquatch! Great place to enjoy either alone or with family and friends. Would like to rent one of the boats in the future and take a little ride!

Great experience, took my wife here. It was her first time on a paddle boat. She loved every minute of it out on the lake. Beautiful views, nature all around. The shop at the docks have everything you really need. Friendly service.

It's a beautiful place . We can do kayak, boating, fishing, waking trails & camping also. We can see beautiful sky view in the night. We need to check all rules and regulations from Lake Leatherwood site or Euerica springs as well.

What a wonderful place to camp! Super helpful and friendly staff, gorgeous scenery and trails, amazing playground for kids, boat rentals, cabins, primitive camping, or hookups, this place has it all. What a hidden gem.

This place is just gorgeous. There are so many trails too. We took the Lakeside trail and got some amazing views of the lake. It's dog friendly too. We'll be back for sure!

Went towards end of Jan, a week after the winter storm and this was nothing short of a marvel. Lake was frozen thick, absolute serene surroundings!

Didn't camp, went for a kayak and a hike and really enjoyed my time there. Lots of birds to see when kayaking and staff was super friendly. Will be back to do a longer hike.

Beautiful hidden city park with camping options, hiking, lake swimming, sports fields, and boating. Maybe there is more but we were only there for about an hour for a pitstop lunch break where we ate a picnic lunch. We would love to come back and actually stay awhile including camp!!

10/10 recommend visiting Lake Leatherwood during your visit in Eureka Springs. This park has unbelievably beautiful trails and plenty of fun activities like paddle boarding, kayaking, campfires, playgrounds and more. We walked on the trails all the way up to the dam…we even saw two snakes! This park is dog friendly, kid/family friendly and a cute spot for couples to visit.

My wife and I travel and camp often. This is one of the most beautiful and well kept places we have been. The staff is amazing

What an amazing gem of a find when visiting Eureka Springs from Kansas. Our children loved this park! We highly recommend it. And they have cute cabins to stay and great hiking trails.

I love this place! I brought my own kayaks for myself, girlfriend, and her sons to enjoying at the lake. And relaxing there for few hours. Also I used grilled there every time I come to make a foods such as ribs, burgers, and hotdogs. It’s really peace weekend after every week I have stressed job and let my mind off at the lake.
I fell in love with lake when I came in first time last year.

Amazing little hidden gem right outside of Eureka Springs! We spent the day fishing there, but they have so much more than just trails and a campground! There are kayaks, canoes and paddleboats to rent at very reasonable rates and they have a large playground for kids to play on too!

We had such a great experience with the very nice woman who ran the bait shop. She was very helpful and just super friendly to our whole family! The cabin rental rates are very reasonable as well, they have tent and camper sites too - something for every type of camper! We can't wait to go back to stay the weekend!

I found than i expected on this park, they do rent kayaks and paddle boats and it made it so fun. We went here only to picnic and we ended up on the lake
