Gourmet Eureka

Lovely place with friendly service. I have been a customer for over 20 years. This is my favorite shop in Eureka Springs. Their Gurgle pitchers are a charming and unique offering. They make a glugging noise when water is poured from them. Such a great conversation piece. I enjoy my own so much that I have started using them as house-warming or thank you gifts. Shop is regularly open end of the week and on the weekends. I suggest calling ahead if visiting Monday through Wednesday to make sure they are open. Lovely shop.

I love their gourmet blend coffee, both beans & drip grind. They have been wonderful to send me coffee by mail for many years.
This blend is my all time favorite coffee. Thanks so much for what you do and how you run your business. Five star for sure!

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Bill’s shop. Every time we come to Eureka Springs, it’s the first place we go! Bill is always there to greet you and offer you coffee or tea. There is always something new to see or sample. We always go home with something new in addition to restocking our favorite items like syrups, spices, pickles, jams and more. Bill - thank you for your wonderful kindness. We enjoyed getting to see you and visit on our recent trip.

Last holiday season we ordered a few different coffees and they were out of stock of one of the flavors. They sent us a replacement flavor and a bunch of surprise snacks, cookies and jams. We drove down drl Kansas City just to say thank you for such a generous gesture in person.

Love this place and the variety of great gourmet items! Spices jams, salsas, pickled items, amazing locally roasted coffee, and so much more. My husband and I look forward to visiting here every chance we get.

One of my favorite places to shop in Eureka Springs. They always have such cool kitchen gadgets and unique foods. The owners are great - super friendly and add to the whole experience. A must see anytime you’re in Eureka Springs.

We were Blessed to walk into this store today, what a treat!! Owner was funny and charming and the store selections were great! Reasonably priced and VERY delicious coffees. Our next Eureka Springs trip will definitely include us stopping by here again.

Amazing customer service! The store hours are not necessarily what you see on Google, but rather fluctuate with the tourist influx and weather. We visited before 11 AM, when the store supposedly opens.
We spoke to the owner/one of the owners(?). You can sample almost everything. Dangerous because it definitely made us want to buy more as everything was very good. He had coffee made and another tea/sangria mix made with cranberry juice to start us off. We could also sample a number of hot sauces, salsas, jams, etc.
He really wants to make sure customers are happy. Very helpful! Would definitely return, but can order online in the meantime.

This is my "must go" stop anytime in Eureka Springs! The owner is a great guy and very customer oriented! I've had nothing but a great interaction with him every time! You have to try their spicy/sweet jelly combinations he sells made locally! There's always something there to sample but be careful when you sample the products because there is a very good chance you will enjoy them so much, that you'll have to buy a couple jars for yourself and to share with others!!

Always open when I visit town. Of course that's because I checked their web-site for the hours. If you're a gourmet kitchen person this is the place to go. Try the bisqouties.

My wife and I were in Eureka Springs the last part of June. The reviews I’ve seen submitted regarding Gourmet Eureka are spot on. The owners are definitely friendly & have a complete knowledge of their product line, their customer service is second to none. Very happy with our experience at Gourmet Eureka!

We bought an incredibly tasty jar of onion jam here last time we stopped in, and the coffee selection at Gourmet Eureka is hard to beat.

Very easy to find, too -- always a welcome change from big city venues that may be too tucked away in ugly, faceless shopping centers.

What a cute store! We picked up some fun jams for snack boards. The man behind the cash register was very helpful and even offered us a sample! Will be back.

I love this shop!!! It always starts with a free sample of their coffee. They have a huge selection of spices and other kitchen “musts”. The staff is always so friendly.

I love this store, and it always smells so good as soon as you open the door. I am always finding new items every time I go in, I live out of town, but I also order on line, and everything I order comes in exactly the way I thought it was going to look, the coffee's are always so fresh, and I love the soaps, and every time I am there the owner, or Mr D. is what I call him, is always smiling, always so friendly, as soon as I walk in the door, he ask's, "How about a hot cup of coffee" it's so good!

Im not much for Knicknack stores, so we didnt stay long in Eureka. We bought some salsa here that was good. 5 star rating is for how friendly the guy who runs it is. Support the local businesses and buy from here!

I left a package from Gourmet Eureka in a nearby store. I discovered this after I came home 5 hours away. I called and the owner of the location went to the store I left it and mailed it to me free of charge! Fantastic customer service and a wonderful store to shop.

Nice store and GREAT customer service. He was so friendly and went out of his way to help us get what we needed. Will definitely visit this shop again next time in Eureka Springs!
