3 Kings Roofing LLC

We used 3 Kings Roofing to replace our roof from hail damage that happened in the hail storm back in 2020. Alli and James came out and did an initial inspection of our roof and determined that the roof was probably in need of a replacement. They walked us through each and every step of the process, including contacting and setting up the insurance claim adjuster to come out. They also came out when the adjuster was doing his inspection to point out any issues they noticed and answer any of his questions. Alli and James were quick in getting the materials delivered and also very quick and efficient in getting our roof replaced. We even asked for a different color of shingle than what was originally installed and they were able to accommodate that. They made sure that all of the trash was completely picked up including all nails and small debris. I hope that I never need to have the roof replaced, but if I do, I would definitely use 3 Kings Roofing again. I totally recommend them and their amazing professionalism, workmanship, and customer service.

Having to deal with hail damage isn’t the most pleasant, but hiring 3 Kings was fantastic. They were professional, courteous and patient with all of my questions and any of my layman concerns. The crew on my house was veteran and Alli and Jordan are good people to deal with. I highly recommend.

After a severe hail storm in Northwest Arkansas, my wife and I awoke to water dripping on us from the ceiling above our bed. We quickly found a few other areas as well that were leaking into our home. Needless to say we were in need of immediate help! Alli with 3 Kings was great to work with. Insurance didn't want to cover the entire roof the first time around but Alli stuck with it and insurance ended up covering the entire roof! We got new roof and gutters and it looks amazing! 3 Kings was very easy to work with- professional and personable.

Our roof took a beating from a hail storm last month. James and Frank worked with our insurance company to get the process started. Their crew had our roof replaced in one day and left our yard as clean as when they started. Very pleased, we would definitely recommend them to anyone!

After 2020 fall storms, it seemed like our entire neighborhood was getting their roofs redone for the next year. We had an inspection with all the others and it was determined we didn't need repairs, but after a neighbor was raving about 3 Kings Roofing, we called Alli, and her team did an independent inspection. They found the damage WAS within spec to warrant a new roof, as well as our gutters had sustained damage that I hadn't even noticed. They were super fast getting us scheduled and getting the work done, and she even worked through insurance to ensure they covered the gutters after their inspector tried to dismiss that damage. We didn't have to pay a dime out-of-pocket and our new roof and gutters look great!

The work was thorogh and complete, the price was right, and the staff are very professional. I used them for 2 houses after a storm caused enough damage for complete replacement. If youre anything like me, you probably dont know anything about roofing.
My family's home suffered massive hail damage and the amount of stress I had to get it properly taken care of was too much to handle.
However, Frank Wood at 3 Kings Roofing, truly knows how to "raise the roof" above any others in the business.
I was pleasantly surprised that such a beautiful example of an alpha male was able to give me and my family such quality work on our home.
