I had a dead battery and went there to get it replaced. Juan was super helpful in picking the one I needed, and he put it in. He seemed genuinely happy to help me even though it was raining. He even went the extra mile by putting a battery backup in the car so I wouldn't lose all my programming. Yes, I know that they are supposed to install the battery, but his attitude was wonderful. He even took the time to explain how to clean the posts and why it's so important in my car to make sure they are always clean.

Great service. Very kind employees. One of the guys installed my rear light bulb on my jeep within minutes.

Although the sensor codes were bizarre and the lady did not know them, she was prompt, personable, and knowledgeable. I wish I had gotten her name.

I went in to get tool. SO I COULD replace brake light bulb. Man Cary was very kind and treated me with respect. I told him I tried to replace the bulb but did not have the right size tool and did not see on the shelf. He asked if he could see my truck wheeled out the tools he had a d we fixed it together. He then showed me the size I would need order and was out the door in less than 15 mins with it done. He went more than the extra mile and it's 100 degrees. Thank you.! Will always come back here for future tools.

Went in for replacement backup lights for my 2008 Ford F-250. Eric and Landon helped replace them. Very courteous and helpful. Probably some of the friendliest associates in all the locations around here.

When you're needing parts, go see Mrs J. She's always so helpful when I'm looking for solutions to complicated problems. Always quick to supply me with the parts I need, when I need it! I'm very thankful!

Outstanding customer service from Hayden. He replaced my rather difficult headlights saving me hours of time and frustration. Scott came in for reinforcement and was also phenomenal. I highly recommend this store!

I went by O'Reilly for battery testing and found out I needed a replacement. Scott took great care of me, replacing the battery and cleaning the connectors to ensure solid contact, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I haven't bought a battery in several years, so the price kinda staggered me, but that's not O'Reilly's fault. I'll continue to go to O'Reilly for my minor auto needs and highly recommend them.

The tool rental program alone is worth the 5 stars. I was able to rent a set of spring compressors for the whole weekend for $0. The staff being nice and genuinely helpful beyond that is incredible. The selection of tools you may need is pretty decent though some specialty items may not be available in store.

Very rarely do I feel compelled to leave a Google review, but I had such a great experience at this O'Reilly's. I had previously gone to 2 different Auto Zone's for a tail light bulb and replacement, both Auto Zone's said they could not replace the bulb and they were both out of stock anyways. In a last ditch effort I went to this O'Reilly location and was immediately greeted by Scott who got my bulbs and replaced them for me all in like 10 mins. He was so kind and professional and really saved me in a time crunch. I will be going to this O'Reilly's exclusively for any of my car needs. Thanks!

I called O'Reilly's to make sure they had a headlight bulb to fit my car before I got there. They were super nice and told be the price and that they had it in stock. Manager Bryan looked at my vehicle to make sure had got the right one. I checked out and he went out of his way to install the headlight for me and showed me how to do it for next time. I really appreciated it. Thank you Manager Bryan!!!

I recently bought a car that needed a lot of TLC, and this has been my place, man. Raymond and Scott have been super helpful through the whole process.

Returns have been super easy for when I make a mistake, and if they dont have the part I need, they've got it down the road in Springdale.

My parents used to choose this specific store out of anywhere else, but I guess we are just going to be looking for another store now! My father recently had some paint matched for my car. The man was off with his color. The finish is not right at all. You can clearly tell it’s the wrong paint. Well he promised my father that if it was wrong they would rematch it. Well guess what every single manager and worker in the store is absolutely worthless. The company itself is worthless. They won’t honor that they matched the color wrong. They are now ignoring my fathers calls. Well, everyone I meet im going to be sure to mention that their workers are absolutely useless and that if they want to shop oriellys pick the Bentonville store. Any other store than the Lowell oriellys. It’s a waste of time. They aren’t helpful. They lie. Then they ignore you even though THEY made a mistake. They must’ve forgot they are responsible for their workers mistakes! Terrible place. Never going back.

Fast service and simple layout. I wasnt in there for long, just needed a turn signal bulb and a screwdriver. The guy helped me make sure I had the correct bulb for my car and showed me exactly which one I needed. Would definitely come here again.

I ran into some battery trouble in Rogers awhile back. I received excellent advice at this O'Reilly's location which saved me from tossing a perfectly good battery. I was advised to try replacing the terminal bolt and do some cleaning before giving up on the battery. I made the purchase, took the advice, and saved a pretty good amount of cash thanks to the guys there.

I haven't had great experiences at ALL O'Reilly's, but these guys were friendly, helpful, and patient to a guy that knows jack about cars.

Visted this store and received nothing but friendly service and they were able to take care of my request. This is defenitally an O'Reillys that will have my buisness.

This particular O'Reilly's Auto Parts is one of the best around it helped me with everything I've ever needed they're always very nice and helpful and they go to the extra mile it seems to try to save me some money so you can't complain with that I would recommend this particular establishment to anybody
