The best customer service I've experienced in a long time. And the prices are better than online! Keith provided thoughtful advice and guidance. He took time to explain the design elements and showed various options in the store and even provided a catalog to take home. The order arrived promptly and the team loaded the boxes into my car. All I can say is - Wow! And thank you! I can definitely recommend Lighting Emporium.

Like this store, they have unique furniture and accessories....their lighting is massive if you are building a home and you can afford the nicer things, that you can't find elsewhere. Give this place a look...you can get one of a kind pieces by choosing your own fabrics. Not good at decorating in? ...Well no problem they have professionals just for you!

I have had a very limited experience with this business, but it was a great one. I needed a part for my ceiling fan that was old, and they had one and just gave it to me. They also treated me very kindly even though I was there for what amount of to just charity! lol

Great selection of lighting fixtures & accessories

They helped me special order a light bulb that goes into a ceiling fan that looks like a regular screw in bulb but is smaller than normal (A15). The fan came with a 40W LED bulb, but I needed a 60W bulb for a kitchen but a regular A19 would be too long and wouldn't fit with the globe. They checked to see if there was one in stock but they didn't have, but they found they could order two types, one clear and one frosted for a reasonable price and decided to stock those since someone is selling items that require them. I was tickled to death the the great customer service and will soon have my bulbs! And now I know where I can get them again. Also, they can nice, classy light fixtures and chandeliers if one is in the market for them. Or can have a nice looking house number sign made I noticed. This would be a good place to look for the hard to find light bulbs.

I brought my 5-year-old here because he loves fans and I could not be happier with how we were treated! It was his birthday present to come look at ceiling fans and the employees at lighting emporium were so sweet and kind to us.

This will be where I get all my future lighting needs. Had a broken pendant light installed in 2008. The staff member was immediately able to identify my problem and recommend the part to fix the issue. They had a great selection of light fixtures with pricing equal to better than the large home improvement stores. If you have never been stop in and see their selection. Highly recommend.

Almost every lamp in my house has, at one time or another, had to have a repair, and all were done at Lighting Emporium. I love this place! Not only do they have a huge selection of beautiful lamps, they can repair just about every lamp on the planet. What a lifesaver this group is!

Very good selection of furniture, lighting, rugs, etc. Pricing is very competitive. Staff is most knowledgeable and helpful. If you have interior decor needs, I recommend giving them a look.

Just describe what you're looking for, from permanent underwater lighting to a general category of sconce, and they'll have a book in front of you quickly. I also enjoy their quirky taste in furniture. It's a fun store.

Great selection, competitive pricing. After searching at big box stores and online for bathroom vanity lighting I found the perfect item in my preferred finish at Lighting Emporium.
