Drive through lady was hilarious and helped me get the right things. We didn’t receive any hot sauce though.

I think this is the best taco bell in the city. I've never had a bad experience, dining in or the drive-thru. Customer service is quick and friendly and the food is always piping hot and fresh. This is one of the few locations that the dining area is open. And although they have the ordering kiosk, there is always someone willing to take your order in person. The lobby is clean and so are the restrooms. Overall it's get the job done as a decent fast food spot.

It's the best Taco Bell in the area. They never get my order wrong, the portions are always very good, and the food is always very good. Anytime I am craving Taco Bell, I am never disappointed with this location.

Food tasted fresh, and the order was accurate. Wait, was a little long, but I think they were short staffed. But hey, these days, that's everywhere. My only complaint would be for advertisements for food that they didn't have anymore.

Best Taco Bell in STL fast friendly and delicious the way they made my food this place made my day great again! Employees like the ones are the reason fast food should pay workers more. For them to go above and beyond to give their job a great name definitely will be here again!!

Went late night (after 1am) only car in line.. staff was patient and courteous.. had a great sense of humor after i changed my order last minute. Best taco bell tacos I've had in a while!! Thank you young men for your great customer service.

Danajah was great. She took my order and was super friendly. When business died down she went to work cleaning the dining area. Great employee! Others could learn from her. Food was perfect. I even ordered some changes to it and it came as expected. I live closer to the one on Grand, but come to this store because the staff is better and it's overall a nicer restaurant.

Young guys in that building are fast, friendly and very accurate. Well done Taco Bell. Food was extremely hot and fresh. Wow. Good job. Give these guys a raise!!!

Service is quick and the staff is so pleasant sounding. Even though you are using the drive through they always sound so happy you're there. Not a big thing, but it does brighten your day just a little.

Really busy so my order got bumped out of line but once the guy working the drive thru re rang it, I got my 2 Fiesta veggie Burritos w/ fire sauce.....BEST FIESTA VEGGIE BURRITOS YET!!!!

This taco bell have best service in the area. I have allways been greated by great smiling and polite employees. Tipping heat to management for finding great employees. And thank you all galls and guys who work there. You make me keep coming back to your location even if it means driving longer distance.

Chicken Club Chalupa! Enough said for sure. The Taco bell on Kingshighway, close to Chippewa has the most kind employees. My order has never been wrong and is packaged with care and a sticker to seal the bag. Yum every time!

When I went there the last time, I went through the drive thru. The girl working the drive thru forgot to give me one of my bags. I called when I got home, and the woman who answered the phone immediately knew who I was! She apologized profusely and was extremely sweet! I sent my partner up there to grab the bag. She gave him a free soda for his trouble (we live like two minutes, it really was no trouble). It was really refreshing to receive this kind of customer service at a fast food restaurant. We are human, and we all make mistakes. It is how we handle those mistakes that matter, and they know how to handle their mistakes at this location! Thanks, so much!

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food for vegetarian fare, and this location is the best. The items are always well-made, the service is quick, and the workers are friendly. I often modify items in my orders and they’ve never gotten my orders wrong.

We went to Taco Bell on Bayless first sat there forever and the line never moved. So we thought about driving a little farther to get our food. The best decision ever made. At first I was worried because the line was just as long. I was so impressed how fast they kept that line flowing. Then get to the window and Tyrese was amazing considering how busy they were. Very friendly and polite. This guy deserves a raise as of the others working tonight. Tyrese if this job doesn't work out for you find me on Facebook.
