Blackbird Pizza

Zomg! A++ The place up the road was crazy booked so we have them a try and we are so happy we did. Journeys, our server was amazing, prompt, and delightful understanding our allergies.

Between the food options, pinball, video games, and delicious drinks, we had fun. This place just skyrocketed to the top of my recommendation for what to eat in the area. The pizza, with vegan cheese, was incredible. I will be back!

Great pizza and the crust is perfect for my taste... flavorful and thin, but still enough to be a bit chewy. They just have updated their menu as of this post. Sadly the chicken carbonara pizza appears to be gone, but they were able to get it pretty close with ingredients on-hand.

Really great place. Gluten free, vegan, veggie, and meat options on their entire menu which has salads, pizzas (slice or whole), pastas, sandwiches and an incredible drink selection.

Whole kitchen is open till twelve and they have open outdoor and indoor seating with a pinball and game room upstairs and downstairs (all well maintenced and cared for)

staff is friendly and helpful. The portions and prices are fair.

Went in with a group all getting slices and a few of us got drinks.
Their 32oz mason jar drinks are no joke.
There is also pinball with a bunch of other arcade machines.
I'll definitely be back!

Good-Great pies, didn't eat anything else. Oh, yeah, good to excellent selection of beers, both hipster-type tall boy cans of dreg Hamms, PBR, whatever it is y'all drink, + tap micro's, very nice choice of designer suds. Staff was totally cool and accommodating, even to an out-of-demographic 67 year old retiree out at 1:30 a.m. for a couple of late nite slices and suds as an insomnia cure. (It worked). I will be back and bring a bus load from the home if the keepers fall asleep on duty again.

I had their meat lovers pizza and t was amazing!!!! I would definitely recommend this place to others :)

Phenomenal pizza. We had the vegan option with their homemade cashew cheese. Amazing! We also ordered their garlic knots made vegan. Very garlicky and delicious especially when dipped in the marinara sauce that came with it. We can't wait to try more vegan options here!

Love their mason jar cocktails. They also have a lunch special that runs all week that is a great deal. Lots of space and good for groups plus they have some pretty fun arcade games and a decent collection of pinball machines. Gluten free and vegan options available and they taste just as good as the real thing!

To say we frequent this spot is an understatement. The family special of knots, salad, and a two topping pizza is just that... special. They make their own salad dressings which they should bottle because they are so good, and I wept a little when they stopped making Thousand Island as it was as Thousand Island should always be (but never is). There are better pizzas out there but all around pizza vibe is strong at Blackbird, and we really like the staff, many of which have been there for several years. Great bar. Video games. Pin ball. So so many self-serve hot sauces to choose from. And I should mention they have great pasta and sandwiches too, but why? The pizza and salads are enough.

Wow! Blackbird's vegan pizza options are great and their portions are very generous. We had the vegan meat lovers and it was delicious.

You can get several other vegan options or create your own. You can get pizza by the slice as well. The establishment is spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and food orders are processed promptly.

It has a very welcoming vibe, there have several pinball machines and other games.

They also have a good beer selection and reasonably-priced for that area of town.

Best pizza I've found in Portland since Strk Naked closed down. The crust is chewy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Excellent topping choices, no extra charge for pesto, awesome alcohol options (which they can also deliver!), and pinball. Happy hour til 8 everyday and take away slices 11-2am.

It's the pizza parlor of your youth (of you grew up in the 80s). Arcade games, that pizza smell, metal trays. It's amazing. Great service, and really good Mason jar cocktails! Excellent happy hour also!

Super cool bar! They have pizza by the slice which is great! The cocktails are like swift lounge which I think is owned by the same people (not 100% sure) so boozy mason jars ftw! The location is great, nice and big with different sections with an upstairs pool and foosball loft that it didn't seem like anyone even knew about. One of my favorite bars for sure.

Not being a pizza fan, I was pleasantly surprised by the combinations and options here. Happy Hour prices for a slice and a "mason" are pretty terrific. Staff makes every effort to remember repeat customers and customize. Winter hours are different.

They open nice and late, across the street from 7-11 so you can get some road sodas to go with your pie. Also they have a sweet hidden arcade upstairs with good pinball! They do stop making pie at like 1am, so it's just slices after but nice to have something hot to Nosh on late night.

Some of my favorite za! Great vegan options too! My friends like the vegan chocolate chip cookie even more than the normal one! Love that they’re open late too. The pizza is already affordable but if you get there in the last hour, it’s all half off 😎

Currently our favorite pizza place in the city! Amazing food, pizza is by far the best food items here-which is what you want at a pizza place! Staff is always absolutely delightful!!! Atmosphere is just layed back, entertaining, and most importantly fun! Never have a bad time here, always leave with a smile on our face, giggling, counting down the days till we come back! Must try in Portland!!! (Even New Yorkers will approve and enjoy!!!)

I really enjoyed the pizza from here. I was staying down the street and needed a quick bite to eat and found this joint. I would definitely come back again next time I'm in town. They have quite a few options for single slices as well as a menu you can order off of.

Blackbird has a large space, arcade games for kids and adults alike, and pizza for every diet. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free... and all by the slice as well! On Wednesdays, pub trivia is a blast with free entry and great questions. The bar is equipped with some delicious brews. There aren't too many seats at the bar however, so you'll want to nab your spots quick! This place is popular.

Their cheese pizza is delicious! Sizzling hot right out of the oven is the only way! Just moved here from San Francisco and was looking for great pizza like I had there, couldn't find any, jonesing for months, then a person at the gym told me to try this place. I'm SOOOOO happy I found them!!! :-)
