The atmosphere is dead, barely anyone comes in. I order through the app and my food is always right. They are quick and super nice.

This is our local restaurant, I'm really surprised that every time our food order is complete and hot. So I give this store a thumbs up. I have only been through the drive-through, so I can not rate the inside.

I sure do appreciate these folks. I get off work late, and sometimes cannot stand the thought of cooking for my my mom and boyfriend (neither of whom feeds themselves properly throughout the day lol), so I often stop here. Everyone is super nice and food is always out quickly. I appreciate the effort they put in... fast food is not an easy job. Thank you!

Quick, fast, friendly, and always what you expect it to be the and otherwise served the way it has always been intended. In other words, these folks do such a great job at preparing your Big Mac that your visit will like be unremarkable as you'll get quality, drama-free service every time!

Best McDonald's in the area IMO. And the only store that can consistently make a decent iced latte. Coffee must be harder than it looks. Friendly attentive service from polite associates. If you eat in the dining room they will check in with you to ensure you have no problems. We'll done!

The staff at this location are always so kind and friendly! I will pass up other locations to visit this one because of the awesome service. Thank you guys for the smiles and laughter. We’ve lived in BV for 1.5 years and I have only had great experiences here.

Fast service and food was good, no complaints there but I just really don't care for the new way of doing the biscuit and gravy, the container gets messy and therefore the truck gets messy.
Used to get gravy in its own separate container and the container had walls to retain gravy when handed through the window.

The dude working in the morning makes the vanilla iced lattes just how they should be made , perfect

First time here, I have never used the kiosk to order and despite the store being extremely busy, an employee took the time to show me how and stopped back to see how we were doing. Great service!

McDonald's in Bella Vista AR has done in, carry out, curbside and drive thru open 7 days a week, from 5 am till 11 pm. The staff is very professional and helpful. I would recommend this McDonald's for your fast food restaurant.

Pretty quick. Decent staff. They aren't overly nice but they're trying to get through the line and get your food quickly. Which I like not having conversations in the drive through 😂

I used Drive thru today around 2:30 and experienced one of the Best Customer Service at Any McDonalds in awhile. She was Very efficient,knowledgeable and Demonstrated confidence in her position. I appreciate these qualities in a fast paced world. Thank You
