Rejuvenation

Very positive experience!! I had an order of fixtures for installation using a number of Rejuvenation fixtures and accessories. Once all parts were laid out and ready to assemble on site, we were missing a mounting bracket part. I don't know if it was actually missing from order, or one of our crew tossed it out with the boxes.

I proceeded to Rejuvenation in an attempt getting a replacement part as this was our final install day on this project. I let them know we may have tossed out the part, or it was missing, honestly didn't know. Also knew the product was being discontinued.

Not only did the original person help me, she checked with one to two others to find the best path forward in my case. Without leaving a long story here, I'll simply say that at least four staff people were involved, they did every thing you can imagine to help out. Between searching their store for the part, calling to check inventory around other stores, they were hustling to do their best.

It finally came down to them actually removing a display item, giving me the part needed (needed one, they gave me two) and sending me on my way.

Each staff member was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful about the product and truly did every thing to solve my dilemma. It took some effort and time, but they kept working on it until it was fully taken care of. One of the most positive experiences in recent history for me. Thank you crew at Rejuvenation Portland! What a team.

Having an old Portland home is a lot of work, but Rejuvenation takes the stress out of updating and keeping with the correct period of your home. The staff is seasoned and always friendly. The styles are timeless and fix what we already had in our home. And the idea that the light fixtures are made here in NW Portland makes me happy to be buying local.

Excellent selection and great sales depending on timing. Staff are incredibly helpful in all areas and work their butts off to help you find what you're looking for; I guess there's some kind of back-system integration between multiple stocking systems and multiple folks went above and beyond to locate items that we were looking for. Beautiful show-room.

I love shopping at Rejuvenation! I have found some great deals on slighty damaged or floor model furniture. The prices on some stuff can be a little steep, but the quality is good. As far as the sales people, they have all been helpful, especially Jack! When something was missing in my shipment she went above and beyond to help me.

I live in the Denver area and ordered a large cabinet hardware order and decided I liked something else better after receiving. I called and spoke to a Candice on the phone and can’t say enough good things about the customer service! She even gave a complimentary return label since I was ordering different knobs through them. The quality is top notch and happy I went with this company for my kitchen renovation.

Great high quality lighting store. Associates are so helpful and great about design recommendations. A lot of their lights are custom built in Portland too!

Typical lighting fixture store are horrendous. Poor selection and poor quality are the norm and it's worse in the big box stores. Rejuvenation is completely different. They have amazing lighting and hardware and I have used them for years updating my home in Forest Heights. They aren't cheap but if you spend some time there you can find some treasures. Their goods are well crafted and made here locally or in California. The showroom is amazing and you can spend a whole afternoon there checking it out. If you haven't been there yet do so. You'll love it.

I called the store through the online design advice number. What a help, the designer saved me from making a wrong choice, talked me through what I needed to be looking for and made valuable suggestions on how to make the right choice. What amazing customer service, call them if you need help....I am so thankful I did.

It is a wonderful store filled with many "Portland" lightning options, both new and salvage. The other home furnishings, and hardware are high quality and therefore cost more than a Lowe's or Target. The cost of their items directly correlate to the quality of the product and the service you can expect. This store can be a place of inspiration even if you never purchase anything.

Love the attention to detail and to their unique offerings. Back in 1997 we purchased an Art Deco Lotus Isle 5-arm rich gilt/nickel chandelier for the dining room in our new house. Still beautiful and getting compliments.

Emily Lakner helped me pick out hardware for my kitchen, she went out of her way to hunt down any in stock hardware at other locations so that I could install everything together. Very kind and helpful!

Personally, the espresso bar will be sorely missed, along with the wall-sized map of Portland in 1908. That is where the less well known "Brush's Addition" (not as famous as "Ladd's Addition") was delineated. (So there is a historic name for our neighborhood. Cool... There is definitely a more organized look to the retail floor, the Hardware Wall remains intact (thankfully), and there is now a marvelous indoor plant shop where the coffee shop used to be. I also found out that the corporate offices now occupy the second floor. Imagine that... For some reason I had thought that the company had been sold to a Midwest or East Coast conglomerate. Nope, they're still local. Good all 'round, then.

This was the second time I purchased lighting in this store and second time I’ve been helped by Mark. He went above and beyond to make sure I know how to install the light, even did sketches to make sure I connect it the right way. Great store, even greater staff.

Great store for lighting

Rejuvenation sells vintage and new furniture, bathroom fixtures, lighting and other home goods. in 1977, Neil Kelly's son Jim started the architectural salvage shop in North Portland where he rebuilt vintage light fixtures in his spare time. Rejuvenation soon began manufacturing reproduction lighting fixtures and selling them nationally. Still a Portland, Oregon, company, the Williams-Sonoma home furnishings division acquired the company in 2011 to add to their popular West Elm and Pottery Barn brand stores. We have lighted 6 homes with fixtures from Rejuvenation since 1986 plus various bathroom and cabinet hardware. The quality cannot be beat.

The store is very expensive but it is also extremely unique and beautiful. There is an amazing selection of lighting as well as handmade pieces and furniture!

Great staff, awesome products. Expensive vintage product, but well curated. Have spent way too much money here! Ha Ha
