Food was good! I enjoyed my chicken marsala and stuffed mushrooms. Upstairs is a bar that served one of the best gin drinks I've ever had! My gin-hating friend even went up for another! Getting a table is stressful. We got there about 45 minutes early and within minutes the bar was full. It was a little scary having everyone go down the stairs to be seated once it opened. But the food was worth it!

The service was outstanding, our waitress was warn, attentive, and knowledgeable. I tried things I wouldn't have without her recommendation and loved it. The decor/atmosphere is beautiful and charming. My only negative was my Alfredo sauce, there just wasn't the rich flavor I expected. The stuffed mushrooms were great, I tried my friend's salmon and it was delicious, and even got a free cannoli for my birthday that was amazing. Will definitely be back.

My husband and I ate here on our short stay in Eureka Springs. A few of our friends had recommended it to us, and it didn’t disappoint! The food was amazing, service was excellent and we got there before 4:00, so our only wait time was about 10 min for the doors to open! Our server kindly let me order a child’s portion of pasta (smaller bowl & doesn’t come with a salad), and it was still more than I could eat! Our only complaint would be the size of the dining area, it’s very small & compact, but luckily there weren’t many other people dining when we went. However, it was overall a good experience and we’ll be recommending it to others!

Ermilio's was recommended to us by a friend as "the best restaurant I have ever been to"! This meant we HAD to try it when we recently visited Eureka springs. We arrived around 4:45 on a Thursday evening. By 5:30, the place was packed and there was a wait. We were greeted by a lovely server who explained the menu and the daily specials to us. We were brought out bread with roasted garlic. The garlic was roasted just perfect. For an appetizer, we got the stuffed mushrooms. They were delicious! For our dinner, my husband got the lasagna that was on special and I got the gnocchi with Italian sausage and red sauce. It was all delicious and more food than we could eat. Our entrees also came with a salad. We both got the homemade pesto vinaigrette! Our experience was wonderful. Our server was attentive and very helpful. We would absolutely go back if we are ever in Eureka springs again.

Came here a while ago and had a wonderful, welcoming experience. I was recommended by a local friend to try this place out and it was really good. The servers were all helpful and kind. The food was great! I am not even a pasta person, but wow, the food was delicious. Would recommend.

This is a must eat in Eureka Springs! Their roasted garlic to put with butter on the bread is incredible. The stuffed mushrooms are a 10/10. I truly don’t think there is bad food on the menu. Our chicken Parmesan and Alfredo pasta was the best Italian food we’ve ever had. Highly recommend being outside the restaurant 15 minutes prior to 4 pm. There will be a line and they pretty quickly (within five minutes of opening) will have about an hour wait.

Go on a day where I was first in line, but even if there’s a line, it’s so worth it! Food is incredible. Literally everything is perfection! Our server, from Nebraska was incredible! Highly recommend! The best Italian restaurant I have ever been to in the USA. ❤

Absolutely FANTASTIC! If I could, I would rate it a 10 star!! It's the best place I have eaten so far. Do get there early as it is small, and seating is limited, and the parking lot fills up quickly. However, any wait you may have will be well worth it. The service was excellent.

We got here as soon as they opened. It packs in quick. It is definitely Italian home cooked food. We had the stuffed mushrooms and the muscles for an appetizer and they were great. The salad was a bit small for me but it was okay. The special for the night was the beef and pork lasagna. My wife and I both had the lasagna. It was the way it should be. Very rich and tomatoy and had lots of meat in it. I had to get extra bread so I didn't miss any of the red sauce. There was nothing left of my lasagna and my wife, well she ate over half of hers which is good for her. The portions were bigger than I expected. The restaurant is in an old two story house in downtown eureka springs. Small and quaint and clean. Big Daddy was our waiter and he did a superb job of taking care of our needs while we were there. It's a very family friendly place where you think that at any moment Antonio is going come out of the kitchen and ask you how your food tastes. I enjoyed our visit with the folks at Emilio's and will say it was worth our time to stop in.

I first ate here in 1994 and have returned dozens of times over the decades.

Is there usually a long wait? Yes.

Why? Seating is limited and IT’S THAT GOOD.

Go upstairs, order a few drinks, play a game if you can find a bar table or go outside on the balcony to stargaze or watch the sunset. When you do get seated at your table, as soon as they bring you delicious hot bread and roasted garlic in olive oil and you spread that nutty goodness on a slice, you’ll forget about the wait.

Order anything on the menu — it’s all ridiculously good. I ordered the ravioli & Alfredo sauce with chicken added. It arrived without chicken and my husband said I didn’t ask for chicken so I didn’t mention it to our server. After we got home I looked at the receipt and we were charged for the added chicken I didn’t receive. 🤷🏻‍♀ That’s never happened here before, so oh well. Still not disappointed. The fresh pasta was delicious and I will continue to return as long as their doors are open.

There are not enough words to express just how wonderful Ermilio's really is!!! We were in Eureka Springs for a week and ate here more than once. Everything tastes fresh and rich and perfectly sinful. Whether you want super traditional pasta dishes or indulgent grilled meats, they have you covered. If you aren't there when they open you will likely have to wait, but it is worth it. It is inside an old house and absolutely feels like you are eating with a giant Italian family. Loud, fun, and really feel taken care of at every turn. Special request, just ask. Mix and match, you betcha. If you don't go here, your taste buds will hate you forever!!!

We arrived right when it opened and I'm so glad we did. Within 15 minutes there was a 30 to 45 minute wait. And there's an excellent reason. The food is phenomenal. No kidding, next level excellence 👏 I've never tasted anything as good as the eggplant Parmigiano. The tiramisu was unbelievably good. Hands down one of the best meals I'll ever have. Thank you to the staff and chef!

Best spot in Eureka, hands down, no question. Staff is super friendly, food is fantastic and consistent every time. Get there at opening or you will wait - for a while. No reservations, first come, first served.

Chicken Parm is on-point!

Outstanding Italian flavor great atmosphere and excellent service. We had a short wait for a table but it was more than worth it. This was a great find using Google Maps. The food here was delicious. It had a family owned vibe and great attention to detail. The restaurant was very clean and well kept. Parking was easy to find and was free.

Atmosphere: very popular restaurant..so expect to wait and have noise ( not a problem for me) you cannot make reservations so I recommend getting there before the dinner rush! Staff were friendly and helpful with wine and meal selections…photos of the family adds the special homey touch..

Food: Food was amazing! It was really hard to choose want to get….so just pick and enjoy! Wine selections are amazing as well! Desserts are there but with all the food you receive my wife and I had no room but it did look amazing…

The food, staff, and atmosphere were FANTASTIC! We were so full. I took half of my dinner home. My husband surprised me with a Birthday trip to Eureka Springs. We were suggested to try Ermili'o's Italian Restaurant. So glad we did! You must try it too!. 😉

The food was absolutely fabulous we have never had such great homemade, made to order Italian food, and the restaurant itself was small, cozy, and classy. But sadly the girl busting the tables paid more attention to us than the actual waiter did... didn't have any refills on our drinks at all . other than that it was amazing best Italian food ever!

I wanna begin and say the food and the staff were amazing, the wait to be sat down was 1hr but it’s more than worth waiting for. All of the food and drinks we ordered exceeded our expectations and super thankful for the hard work that goes into the kitchen and ownership to keep the customers happy. We came down all the way from DFW TX and we love this town and we 100% recommend this place to eat

Absolutely lovely experience! Quaint restaurant inside a home, the porch was large with beautiful lighting (around Christmas time) There was a long wait, about an hour and half, so prepare yourself accordingly on busy times. (we went on Sunday, new years eve) They have an upstairs lounging area and cash bar available. And MAN the wait was worth it! We got pesto bread round appetizer with cheese and tomato, so yummy and flavorful. The plain bread they serve before the meal is also delicious and I loved that it came with roasted garlic to spread.
For our meals we got the bone in pork chop, which was cooked well (maybe just a tad over) but the demi-glace, seasoning, sear, and accompaniments made it outstanding as a whole! We also ordered the Alfredo cheese tortellini and that was some of the most flavorful pasta and sauce I think I've ever had. Even the side of spaghetti that came with the pork chop was so rich with home cooked flavors, everything tasted fresh and carefully prepared. Service was wonderful as well.
I'd highly recommend putting this place on your list to try if you haven't!
