Basin Park Hotel

We really enjoyed our first trip to Eureka Springs and our time at the Basin Park Hotel. The staff was hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, the rooms and the building felt historic and genuinely preserved, and we loved the amenities like the restaurant, spa deck and game room. We did a few on-site activities and they were very cool; I would 100% recommend doing those. My favorite was the wine tasting out of the private collection of the owner, which he had stored up over decades. The shuttle was a game changer and we loved the driver. The location couldn’t be better; it’s surrounded by shops and restaurants. I loved how the Basin Park Hotel and the Crescent Hotel share some amenities so you really get the most out of your trip!

Great place to stay! Everyone was so friendly, the rooms were clean and the location is awesome. Our room was on the spa level and we booked massages (highly recommend). The shower was HUGE, and there was a cute outdoor area with a hot tub & fire pit. Also squeezed in a ghost tour. Wonderful experience, 10/10.

This lovely historic hotel is full of charm! Several rooms even have jetted tubs!! The location is amazing and the staff make you feel right at home! I love the Spa too!! The balcony deck with the hot tub makes for a nice retreat!!

Stayed on the 4th floor in a corner room with a jacuzzi. A small room that's very cute for a couple. The 2nd floor has a restaurant, music pool tables and more. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The shuttle service is the cherry on top. The town closes early and opens late. A few things are open late.

The hotel is a 200year old history ,i have travelled a lot but hospitality here is a serious business ,they take step above to ensure guests are fulfilled with needs. We happened to meet with our guests in hotels and everyone had same opinion. Unfortunately theres no parking outside the hotel but they have shuffle until 11pm to travel within eureka springs and trust me you don't have to travel far for anything. They have nice hotel,spa,hot tub within the hotel. This hotel by itself derserves a tour. And 10stars for the hospitality+service and do stay here if planning for Eureka springs. Happy Stay

Stopped in to try the whiskey bar and 5 hours later we were ready to leave. Great whiskey sour and Manhattan drinks enjoyed by my girlfriend and I. The bartender was exceptional and fun to talk with.. A must stop place when you are in Eureka Springs, AR

We didn't stay but we did do a tour. I love the look and feel of this place and we may have to stay here on our next trip to Eureka Springs.

We stopped here for soak. It was amazing. The rub was big enough to fit my wife and myself. We got 30 minutes, and it went by so fast. The staff was very nice too. OK, after the soak, we decided to grab a burger from their restaurant. $20 for a burger! That's correct and worth every penny. We will be back for an overnight stay very soon.

This was the first time we have stayed at the Basin, but we have stayed in Eureka Springs many times before. The best parts of staying in this historic hotel are the location, the conveniences offered, and the super helpful and caring staff! You can walk easily to all of the wonderful historic downtown shops and restaurants or the hotels shuttle will take you anywhere you would like! Ot also has a restaurant that is amazing and a spa right in the hotel and if you like to watch the ballgames and have a refreshing beverage, they have a bar there as well, I will ne back for sure!!

Very conveniently located. The shuttle service is an extra convenience that allows you to tour the town a little easier.

In May I spent 3 nights in Room 421 at the Basin Park Hotel. If you are looking for a “Holiday Inn” or similar hotel this is not for you. But if you enjoy staying in historic hotels I highly recommend the Basin Park Hotel. The room was charming and conveniently located across from the elevator (which I never heard). The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. The restaurant has a lovely balcony seating area which overlooks downtown Eureka Springs. Everything was clean and well kept. The location was perfect, in the middle of downtown Eureka Springs and I could walk to everything I wanted to see. I participated in an included hotel walking tour which was informative and very helpful. The hotel is up front about extra charges for activity fee, and service charge for those persons who do not normally receive tips. I had no problem with this practice as I consider these staff members part of the reason my stay was so enjoyable. Thank you, Basin Park Hotel, for making my stay in Eureka Spring so memorable. While there I took advantage of the in-house 1905 Spa and received a delightful massage.

Went to the bar and had amazing service. Jessie was our bartender and she made the most wonderful dirty martini ever! My wife had a Bloody Mary for 50th birthday that was divine. That woman deserves a raise, praise, and a new pair of shoes. As long as she is there that bar can"t fail!

A beautifully built and almost castle looking building; at night it’s even lit up in color! Up on the hill right in downtown it is a prime place to stay. Also had a very rich history I don’t want to spoil but please check out the location before going; you’ll likely be more intrigued to go. Also walking distance from just about everything. Definitely worth staying here if you come to Eureka Springs, you will not regret it!

Hotel was comfortable, rooms were spacious and clean. We appreciate the old details highlighted, like the old fuse panel and wooden beams behind glass in the room. Shower was great. Shuttle was handy. Love being downtown, walking distance to everything.

Was a little hesitant at first but it's an awesome place. Like staying in a museum. Room was old but clean, updated, and comfortable. Super quiet. Great stay. Would stay again.

Park at the lot on Main Street and get shuttles to the hotel. Rooms were vintage. Spa was wonderful. Restaurant was fine. Shops on block were enjoyable.

Booked a one night stay to celebrate our first anniversary - You see we were married in Eureka the year prior and just wanted to go back and relive the experience. I purchase the spa room getaway $400+++ / I asked for an upgrade on the day of bc the roo. That we would have had to like was available - the agent transferred me to Laurie - I explained the situation to her and she said she just could give an upgrade completely so we had to pay an extra $70. I wanted our night to be special so I booked it! Upon arrival terrible front desk service - sad to say- bc ai have stayed here before. Our room was dirty , had an 18 pk Coors light box under the sink and there was fingerprints all over glass services- also now bed skirt on bed so it was exposed - yuck.
The balcony had an ash tray on it that was full of different kinds of cigarette bits and empty plastic cups as well as the AC above our deck leaking everywhere making a mess. We decided to try dinner at the Basin - the service just got worse and then they overcharged us by $21 - never gave us a itemized receipt, just came around with a machine and said are you ready to pay. Next morning @ 8 there was a vacuum going in the room above us - woke us up- I called front desk for more coffee to be brought with our pre-purchased room service breakfast boxes and was told that they over sold and that we would have toeave and go to the Crescent to eat breakfast which meant we had to leave our room and hour earlier than we wanted to Laurie at the front desk gave us a $25 voucher said take to Crescent and you breakfast will be covered. Went to the crescent and it did not cover our breakfast - wasn't even close- pulled a fast one there. It turned out to be an awful time and stay - super disappointed 😞
