Nyx Restaurant Bar

This was the best meal we had on our trip.

It started out pretty frustrating... we apparently got there right after a very large group, so all the servers and cooks were focused on them. It took us twenty minutes to get sodas and almost an hour and a half to get our food. After a little bit, though, the servers were very apologetic and brought out an order of fries on the house while we waited on our food.

And oh my goodness, it was fantastic. The coconut shrimp was fantastic. The Queen B burger with blueberry barbecue sauce was messy and great. And the steak my wife got was truly rare (which is a great thing, most restaurants don't get anywhere close to rare). Having the steak cooking on a hot rock was really cool, too!

There isn't a bad seat in the place... We sat on the upstairs deck to look out at the crowd on the street, but there's fun exposed rock downstairs and the back deck looks like a lot of fun, as well.

Overall, we loved it!

Delicious! Absolutely a gem, and hands down the best restaurant in eureka springs to date we have eaten ate. The cozy, vintage, hip vibes to the wide variety of floors to eat ate. Outdoor seating, great views, and the awesome customer service! The lava rock was definitely exciting and added to the delicious meal. It was my bday they went above and beyond to make it special!

Spending our anniversary in Eureka Springs and went here for our anniversary dinner. It was fabulous!! Everything was great. I dont like seafood but my husband ate the bacon wrapped shrimp so fast I didn't get a picture! His eyes rolled back in his head with the first bite and I have never seen him do that!!!! And ge said the sauce that came with the shrimp was excellent!! My husband got a ribeye and initially was skeptical of the lava rock cookstone but loved it! You are allowed to cook each piece exactly how you want and season it as you want with the sauce and seasoning they give you. I had the Queen bee burger and it was awesome! I was skeptical of the blueberry barbecue sauce because I dont like blueberries. But just as I suspected, it just added a sweet depth to the sauce and didn't taste like a blueberry at all. The fries are excellent. Ranch dressing is homemade which is extremely important to us. Drinks were great and there was live entertainment, ALL on a Thursday. The live music was great ❤❤ So glad we went. It is low key, casual, laid back, but exceptional food. We will be back!!

Amazing staff, food was great. The volcanic rock entree is a must try. Totally worth the money. Everyone across the board bent over backwards to please every guest even though the place was packed for BBB. As a service industry worker and chef, I was floored by their diligence and hard work. If I could give more stars, I would. We will be back!

After arriving in town and taking the Underground tour, Nyx came recommended by several locals. We sat at the bar on the street/cave/spring level. Rocky was behind the bar and took great care of us. I had a Fuego Burger. It was delicious! I asked for a side of the famous Blueberry BBQ sauce- definitely amazing! We checked out the upper level and outdoor deck - hopefully we'll be back when the weather is more ideal for outdoor dining! Thanks Rocky!

Fun experience at Nyx with the hot volcanic rock experience. The food was good quality and the staff was friendly and checked on the table several times throughout the meal.

Stopped in today while visiting Eureka Springs, had the “Sunshine Burger”, it was cooked as ordered. I’m rating my experience. There were not many restaurants open in town today because of the “brief” winter storm. But the “Nyx” was open for business!

What a fantastic little spot. The good was fantastic! Blake did a great job as our server/bar tender.. highly recommend this place!

My wife and I had a wonderful dinner here - the hot rox are not just a gimmick! Both the steak and ahi were amazing, and it was really fun to be able to cook it exactly as we wanted. Also, you can tap each piece of meat against the rock before you eat it to make it extra hot! Wonderful sensory experience!

Best bar I have been to in years! The management was incredibly hospitable. The drinks were amazing and they had a local playing his guitar. The guitarist was so fun and played AMAZING fun music. I would recommend this place to all!

The place is cool my food was great. There was only one server but she was doing the best she could and had a great attitude although she was doing the work of three people.

Super,amazing, delightful and tasty. I had the duck wife had filet mignon. If you want amazing food and a one of a kind experience please make your way here. The staff is great and welcoming great selection of beverages and the food was unlike any other.

First, the food is awesome! My wife and I had the fillet and the duck (notoriously a hard dish to cook): both were perfect! We tried the appetizer platter, and all in sampler were equally as good.The food is well worth any wait. Enjoy any of the great mixed drinks during your stay! The staff is extremely friendly and genuine; use any wait to get to know them! This is a place to come enjoy the vibe, NOT a place to be processed through quickly by an apathetic worker. Say “hi” to Rocky and Rudy, who put thee love into the place and customer experience, and on the second floor, you can give the cooking staff respect for good meals! Final selling point is they have a truly dog-friendly upper deck so you can bring your pups while walking around the dog-friendly town.

The burgers were off the chain!! My son said it was the best burger he’d ever eaten! Our waitress was working her rear end off! The chef even stepped in to say hi.

We popped into Nyx and the service was amazing. Full bar, the upstairs was so cool. If you’re visiting Eureka Springs it’s a must see. Rudy is the best!!!

Absolutely Awesome Ribeyes are mouth watering delicious the band on 4/15/23 was Great and the best bartender In Eureka Springs Rocky will definitely take care of you. Great place to spend our kids wedding night dinner. Thank You!

The Shrimp Po'Boy and Queen Bee burger were great. Good margaritas. Good friendly service.

We came to Eureka for a weekend get away. First time here and the service was AMAZING and the food HOLY MOLY SOOOO GOOD. The waiter was so helpful and cool to conversate with! He made us "white tea" shots with is own receipe and those were AMAZING too. We dont have anything like this down in southern AR. Will return to Eureka just for this resturant, food, and staff!

This was hands down the best atmosphere and meal we had in Arkansas!! I want all restaurants to serve my steak on volcano rock!! It was unbelievably delicious!

The food was GREAT the guitarist was AWESOME!! Cooking your steak on a lava rock to melt in your mouth perfection-definitely going back! Burgers were on point too!!
