Five Guys

The customer service was great and they even assisted in soda clean up that happened at our table. We had two small burgers one with bacon and cheese and pickles and mine had that plus lettuce, Tomato and grilled onions and mushrooms. The fries had a nice crunch and was lightly salted that was perfect for us. Would come here again for another tasty burger.

Excellent spot to come grab a Delicious Hot Burger. We entered and we were greeted with a Huge Welcome to 5 guys by the whole crew. Boom. Best crew this place has ever had. They put the Team in Teamwork. Best Burger in Town!

Greeted me as I walked through the door. There was no line. Ordered bacon cheeseburger and fries. Prices are comparable to typical fast food establishments, but the quality and taste are far superior. The burgers are stuffed full of toppings. You have a size option for your burgers. The regular fries are enough to feed two people. The dining room was clean, and the condiments area was fully stocked.
When I left, the staff said thank you, which I appreciate 😊

They welcome you when you walk through the door with a hello and a smile, made to order anyway you want it with good selection of toppings and condiments, great tasting burgers!!!!! fries are awesome and they always give you a bonus fry or two ;)

Came in right at closing! Employee was gracious and kind and was very accommodating to my last minute order. My milkshake was amazing and the fries are always spot on. It was very much needed and appreciated! Thank you! The extra bacon given to me instead of being thrown away didn't hurt either! 😉

Got some five guys last night delivered and it was delicious my only complaint y’all didn’t toss in any bag fries for a reg fry?! I shouldn’t be able to grab that delicious burger without digging through hella fries first 😂😂

Best burgers in town, nice atmosphere, attentive staff, a bit pricey. The small fry is usually generous, the drinks can be refilled at any time with any soda. The shakes are great, the bacon and salted caramel shake is just pure heaven. The real fresh bacon pieces are very thin, super crispy, and melt into tongue magic after a brief light crunch. Use a spoon though if you get bacon in your shake.

Ordered here before and there was a minor mix up with the fries I called they rectified the issue immediately - came back today just a real pleasant experience customer service very good - the special order I had was executed exactly how I ordered- the Burgers are awesome fries great too - this is my burger place of choice

Go there when we are in the mood for fries for dinner.....yum!! And on no carb nights, we do wrapped burgers.....also yum!!

One of the best five guys I’ve ever been too. The gentleman who helped was super sweet and patient while my children ordered. I dropped my bag and dumped a handful of fries and a few minutes later he brought a fresh replacement. The teams communication was great to see. Other locations could really take a lesson from this team.

Hamburgers are always fresh and delicious. I like that you can pick how big or small you want your portions

Five Guys never disappoints. Their burgers and fries are top notch, the staff is always friendly, and the service is always fast. I don't eat the burgers anymore because I'm a vegetarian now, but my family still enjoys them very much. The only way they could improve is to offer an impossible burger so I could enjoy more than just the fries.

Honestly can't go wrong here. Even when you don't know what you want they make great recommendations. Patties are delicious, juicy, thick and not overly greasy. (Comparing to Nancy's) Also a sucker for good milkshakes and these are one of, if not my favorite place to get one. If you need something quick you'd be surprised but recommend dinning in.

Great burger, fries and shakes. Got the bacon cheeseburger and Cajun fries and wow it was awesome. The staff was also super friendly and welcoming. My son couldn't make up his mind and they were very patient

I love five guys burgers. Their fries leave something to be desired, but the Cajun seasoning is worth it. I just throw there fries in my airfryer at home. Staff is polite and very fast.
Just don't expect crispy fries 😬

Cheeseburgers are always good. Price has increased but that is to be expected due to the current economic crisis. They do have some of the best tasting burgers in Salem. This Commercial location always seem to be pretty fast when ordering online.

If you have never been to Five Guys, and you want to enjoy good food and a laid back atmosphere, this is the place to go. Everything is served in a brown bag and is hot...even their fries come in a bag. You can get peanuts to crack open and eat while waiting for your order to be called..something the kids love to do. It's fun, has good home-style food and I highly recommend it if you want a very casual, quick in and out experience.

Excellent customer service every single time!!! Great burgers with all the toppings you want, just don't expect to get your mouth opened up big enough to take a bite if you ask for it "all the way." I always get extra pickles and tomatoes. You can get it wrapped in lettuce as an option and they have BLTs too. Oh and they have THE BEST milkshakes.
