I absolutely love this store as a brand. The clothes are so cute and it sells for a cheap price. I reccomend coming here to shop if your clothing style preference is similar to what you would find at a forever 21 store. It's much more affordable than what you would buy at that store 😃

Homophobic. Was trying on some heels with my mother and one of the workers told me to stop trying them on. Other than that beautiful clothes.

Bought $100 worth of clothes and returned certain items a few days later. They offered store credit , which was in the form of a very small , thin receipt. Not surprisingly, I lost that tiny sheet of paper. When I went to them and asked if they could pull up transactions from their register or system they said no , and that I should’ve kept my receipt in which I answered back by saying “Maybe you shouldn’t give store credit , but my actual money back, but of course there’s a reason store credit is issued in a receipt that is easily lost “. I lost $60. Never buying from Fashion Q again. Poor quality clothes

This store was the worst store that I have ever seen. I bought a top and it does not fit me, so I went to return the item in the same day,but they did not refund the money. They was very rude. They said that the cashier told you that we will not refund, but the cashier didn’t tell me. The staff laughed at me. I strongly do not recommend this store.

disgusting store with no fitting room. Very rude sellers. I will never return to this place again.
