Best chili we've been to in a long, long time. The service and food were on point today. The food was out so fast she kept the refills coming she was so very nice. We got there around 1:00 and out by 2:00 she never lacked and we never had to ask for anything. She always brought exra food, which was great. Everyone was nice. We had 2 other servers, and they were so nice they would stop by our table and check on us! Just keep on y'all are doing great!

On my visit the service was fantastic, it made for a great time. I got the 3 for me which is a lot of food for that price it was delicious as well.

We had my son's 16th birthday here (10/5); the experience altogether was great(!)
I called a couple of days before to see if they took group/party reservations; they don't take actual reservations, however with enough notice they will try to make sure there is space for the amount of people, and that makes your group at the top of the wait list.
I asked if the lady making the cake (Sugar and Sage) could drop it off to be kept in the refrigerator, (I didn't want it to get messed up or melt while we did errands); the waitress helping me, said that wouldn't be a problem.
She told me she was going to make note of the party and time, so the waitress/waiters that evening would know. She also recommended me to call Thursday early (10/5 party day), to make sure a space in the refrigerator was made for the cake, and to give another estimate count of people expect. They were busy (lunchtime), nobody was able to answer; no big deal! I was on break from classes, so I went up there to remind them about the cake, time (8:30), and give an estimated headcount (10-15).
We wound up getting there about 30-40 minutes early, with about 25-30 amazing, wonderful, God sent souls; (who came to help my son celebrate his 16th birthday. We have no family in Arkansas, however God has put the most caring, loving, and kindest people in our lives). We waited about 10 minutes; again, absolutely no deal at all, (we were early, an we had more people, than I really could had imagined!)
The service was absolutely wonderful, our waiter was very sweet and helpful, the food was delicious, the amount of time to order and receive drinks and food was remarkable(!)
Thank you Chili's, the young woman who I spoke to Monday or Tuesday on the phone, the young lady who helped me in-person (day of the party, making sure everything was set), and the young man who served us the evening of 10/5/23 for helping his birthday celebration go smoothly.
We will definitely be back!!!

Solid food and service. They kinda lacked on the secret sauce for my burger but no biggie. Good atmosphere and a good location for all ages.

The front desk attendant in the carry out section. The girl with the brown hair and wore glasses was so professional and courteous and helpful. She is definitely an asset to this company and will keep me coming back.

I found a new place for burgers my way, I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and first time I was ever asked how I want it cooked, awesome burger experience lol.

Chili's has always been a great experience for me...great service and good food..my only complaint was that my chips had a bitter aftertaste. They brought me more but was the same. Hopefully next time this won't be a problem.

The throat tattooed waitress we had was on point. She worked her behind off to keep our drinks full all while sweeping the floors and bussing the tables. Everyone in Jonesboro seems very nice.

Good food

Even though they were busy, there was a short wait for seating, a short wait for our food, and an attentive staff.
Meals are more enjoyable when there are courteous, smiling employees seating you, taking your order, and serving your food.
Two things I value...great food and great service!

Very fast service and great food.

Whoever was in the kitchen that night knew how to cook a proper rare steak. Props to the chef. Service was a little slow. But they did seem to be a little busier. I would still go here again.

Chili's is my favorite! I always get the crispy honey Chipotle tenders meal with a side of fries and Mexican street corn on a stick. The strawberry lemonade is awesome made with real strawberry puree. For dessert the pan chocolate chip cookie. It's so soft! Chocolate lover's try the lava cake. Bothered delicious and come with ice-cream. Environment is clean and friendly. Service is great.

Paragould Chilis is our all time fave! Fast, friendly service and delicious meals every single time!!

Best birthday chocolate chip cookie ever

We came here for my grandson's graduation dinner and it was really great! Our server (sorry, forgot his name) was really awesome, he was very friendly, helpful, considerate, and fast. I gave only 4 stars for the food because my daughter and I had the Cajun chicken with pasta and the noodles were on the tough side, otherwise everything else was good 😋
