I want to share about what a kind helpful man John is that works in the plumbing department. He has the best attitude of anyone that I have ever met in the retail industry. Great job , John!

I had to return a vanity mirrored cabinet because the mirror was broken. They excepted the reason for the damaged itsm and replaced the product.

Always someone willing to help me there. Hardly ever do not have what I need. Easy to find an associate

I love Lowes because you can be your own handyman and do DIY projects with the products they sell. If you stay in an apartment you can start planning or getting ideas for your future house like their model kitchen displays with the countertop texture, backsplash, etc.
One thing I brought from them was baseboards to cover my ulgy wire rack in my closet and laundry room. The staff was knowledgeable and saw my vision. I had at least three or five people help me that day.
I currently stay in an apartment. There are certain restrictions and rules I have to abide by. I want to soon move from an apartment to a house. In the meantime Lowe has DIY products to make your apartment look like a home while staying within restrictions of your lease. Thanks to Lowes team for your help because I am a sastified customer.

Friendly staff and things are easy to find when you need it but however I don't like the location due to all the traffic and lights you go through to get here

Tools, Seasonal goods, drywall, they got it all. Friendly staff. Everything a man could want. Love it, breathe it, buy it, Lowes. I'll be back. 😁

Bought new range,everyone was helpful and kind.Told them what I wanted and they got right on it ,I was out of there with my range in30 or 40 min on my way home,thanks everyone!

Great place to get what your needing for any kind of repairs you may be doing or new builds. Anything you could think up, they probably have it to get the job done. Landscaping supplies and plants, trees,bushes,seeds. You name it.

I needed screws for a jewelry cabinet & they had them.

Went there to find an outside camera with motion sensor. Had help from an associate..who found what I needed. Very nice and thoughtful 😊. I'll be going back.

Typical big box selections at the usually fluctuating inflated prices. Willing and generally knowledgeable employees are helpful if you can find one when you need them. The customer service department was easy to find and deal with when I needed to return an opened purchase. I usually shop at Home Depot because they are a whole lot closer to my home. I judge both stores as equals.

Hi Nancy the lady below who is basically harassing Nick. Nick is a department manager. You don’t know what you’re talking ab in half of your comment bc you obviously don’t know how the store is run and how all employees have different job levels. Second stop being absolutely disrespectful to someone who doesn’t make the schedule and works very hard. How do I know you ask? Nick has helped me several times. He has helped me buy several different appliances. Also, maybe if you had a better attitude to people who are actually WORKING you would have gotten better help the first time. Lowes is always busy and understaffed. You want help? get some patience. I wish you the best and prayers for you Nancy.

John gray in the plumbing dept is the best! He knows his stuff. Very friendly and goes out of his way to help. This is the 2nd time he's helped me.

Bought paint. Great customer service. Very knowledgable anout the product. Susie is a keeper. Needs a raise.
