Dr. Chan is professional, yet has a great sense of humor. I've had a great experience with his care from the first day I met him. We decided on a care plan together after looking at my MRI. He explained everything in a way that I could understand. Also love his nurse Sharon! She's a former hometown girl.

I had my first visit with Dr. Ashley Featherston and she was fantastic. I feel confident she and the neurology team will be able to pinpoint what is causing my symptoms and get me on the right track. She was very kind and listened to all of my concerns and ordered several tests and I’m grateful for the thoroughness.

Love Dr Chan he makes my headaches go away with trigger point injections I'm terrified of needles but it's worth a few seconds of pain to keep the bad headaches away you should try this if you have problems with headaches . Very good doctor

Dr. Chan was right on target and able to coordinate all that had been going on with me in a short time. I’d give him 10 stars if I could!

I came up there for a test and to talk with the doctor and I like how nice the people were then they were professional and they talked to you like a human being and not just a patient.

This was my first time going to Neurosurgeon Clinic. I fell and broke my neck at C6. Karly was very nice, professional and made me understand what is going on with me. She ordered some scans. She is checking for a brain bleed. I can't get into MRI until 3 August and still having symptoms. I get dizzy, vomiting occasionally and I am still have eye issues. Things are blurry and I appreciate how well everyone worked on me together. The whole Neurosurgeon office staff, easy check in. I had just sat down waiting for my turn. I was called back immediately no waiting in the waiting area. Everyone in the Neurosurgeons Clinic should be commended on a job well done.

They are all very efficient, organized and knowledgeable from the front door to each department of NEA Baptist Clinic! The very best!!!

I am so thankful for the physical help I receive from NEA Neurology. I have severe back and hip pain from a couple of disc issues, and Dr Chan has helped me so much with the steroid injection trigger points. He’s always so nice and friendly, as well as his nurse. I am so thankful for the help I receive from them!!

They are awesome here!!! Fast, very kind and helpful. They all care about their patients! It's also a nice clean office, nicely decorated.

My visit was good, dr. Featherstone was very thorough in her talking and. Deciding that I needed therapy. Go next Tuesday for evaluation.
