Gazaway Ace-Hilltop

Whenever I walked in, I was immediately addressed by a worker and he asked me what I needed help finding. I did need help and he took me and found the item that I was looking for. Then whenever I went to check out, the lady who checked me out was really nice as well. While I was there, I had to use the restroom and it was pretty clean.

I ordered a Big Green Egg grill for my husband's birthday present off of the website. Gazaway was the local dealer. The assembled it and delivered it to the exact spot I asked them to. They called me a few days before delivery and the day of delivery to keep me updated. I will definitely be using them for any of my hardware needs!!

Nice store and great people! I went to Lowe’s looking for something and was pretty much told they couldn’t help me, one man did try though. I came to Ace and in less than 5 minutes a very nice man behind the counter showed me exactly what I needed for my project! Thank you for your help and kindness!

Less expensive than the new store by a foot. Less employees in you back pocket asking to help every 10 steps. Same fine quality products.

This store is wonderful to have close by. I’ve been here several times with DIY projects and there’s always a friendly/knowledgeable employee eager to help. Prices are competitive, the store is clean and well stocked, and the people are top notch. I’m thankful for a locally owned/operated hardware store that not only meets the need; but over performs the big box retailers who couldn’t care less if you come back.

Exemplary service as soon as I walked in the door. I was greeted instantly and offered help finding what I needed. That employee showed me what he thought was the best solution but while I was getting a drill bit he asked his coworker what he thought about it. The two employees worked together to help me find an even better solution to my problem. Thank you fellas! I truly appreciate the assistance today.

Fast and friendly service

Randy who helped us get our mosquito blowers to the right place to get serviced was amazing informative fast and friendly. Then Danny the mechanic called me to tell me what he had done and was going to do. Absolutely fantastic service.

Always stop here for quick fix and my odd parts for my old house. Usually I can get the part and the help I need in short order. I enjoy talking with a couple of the guys here too.
