I love I can drop off Amazon returns and then get free money to buy super soft blankets. I don't always use the coupons, but when I do, it's on blankets!

I called to see if they still had a particular item and was very impressed with the Customer Service that I received..She ran downstairs to check if they had what I was looking for sadly they were sold out but she was a gem. I will not forget her kindness..

Sign up for Kohl's cash online or in store and get extra discounts when you shop. Clean store and helpful staff. There is an Amazon returns center on the top floor by customer service. If you are there to return something from Amazon they will give you $5 Kohl's cash off your next Kohls purchase which is cool.

My experience today at Kohl's was above reproach. The store manager, Mark, enlighten me of savings I was not aware of.

Great choices for teens. They even have a small selection of shirts that aren't crop tops. That's hard to find in junior sections. The person checking us out was very kind and told me to get a coupon online. So, we saved an additional $10.

After finding out that Kohl’s now accepts Amazon returns, I decided to give them a try instead of the normal print/pack/drop off/ship method I’m used to. I was very pleased to find that they close at 11:00pm on Friday’s, so I rushed out the door after a 13 hour work day, and made it there around 10:35. I was immediately, and kindly greeted by Melissa, with genuine kindness, and she was extremely helpful with navigating my way to the customer service desk upstairs. Once upstairs, Alex greeted me, as I’m sure I looked like a deer in the headlights. “Amazon return?”, she kindly asked, I agreed, and she kindly directed me to Donna in customer service. Donna was prompt, answered all my questions, and processed my returns in a flash, then wished me a good evening, and issued me a 25% off coupon! Heading back downstairs, Melissa was attentive, and asked if my experience was easy. I assured her it was much more so than anticipated, then asked if she could assist me in finding a dress for an event this weekend. Without hesitation, even nearing 15 minutes until closing, she helped me select several flattering options that fit the bill, and I ended up purchasing 3 items even though I had no intention of shopping. Now at 10:58 and checking out, the coupon I was previously issued wouldn’t validate, so Mark jumped right in to override the prompt, and honored it anyway! Overall, my experience with each associate I encountered couldn’t have been more outstanding, I will highly recommend Kohl’s, and want to give special thanks to Melissa, Alex, Donna, and Mark for exceeding my expectations, and truly delivering a 5-Star experience!

I found two Adidas shirts a tee and a tank top for less then the price of one I saw at another store in the mall.
