Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield - Jonesboro

My experience at the Jonesboro ABCBS office was wonderful! Amanda is truly amazing & answered all my questions. She made me feel very comfortable & reassured me with this new process.

People in the office are great and I love how BCBS takes care of me and my needs

Was able to walk in and talk to a agent within 10 minutes. Great customer care and was treated with respect.

My Mother and I both enjoyed the proficient and courteous way the staff handled our questions and resolved all our issues. They ALL were friendly, congenial and down right amazingl. Well done, J’boro Blue Coss!!!

They were so nice and helpful. I was very worried after changing jobs and losing coverage, but they found the perfect plan for less than I expected it to cost.
