I took both my kids here when they were young and I LOVED this doctor! I would recommend him to everybody!! My oldest is 24 now and my baby 17! Best doctor ever!!

Dr. Beck is wonderful. He is the best when it comes to treating your children. He always made me feel as though my children’s health was as important to him as they were to me. Now he treats my Granddaughters! I dread the day he retires.

I take all 3 of my children here and I absolutely love this place. The whole staff is excellent. My nephew is 17 and he use to come here as well...I've not had any kind of problems!!

Dr.Beck has been seeing my daughter for at least 8 years and he is the best!!! Edit 4/5/2024 I still think Dr. Beck is an amazing doctor he has been seeing my daughter now for almost 17 years. However, the office is no longer one I'd recommend. Today I needed to get my daughter's medical records for a very important personal matter. I was told that not only can they not do it that a 3rd party who only comes for a half a day a week on Friday is the only person who can get them for me. To make matters worse no one knows the contact information other than 1 manager who was also out. So, I'm told it would be a week before the 3rd party company would find out and then well who knows how long to actually get said documents. I'm incredibly upset that there was no one who could give me information so that I could try to expedite the process. I explained it was urgent and that I understand that they are busy so if I could just get the company's information I would reach out and handle it. I hate the fact that as a parent I don't have access to my miner's medical records when we need it. The staff were both dismissive and unhelpful. I asked did the doctor have the information and could they please it get it. But I was told that the doctor didn't have that information either. So, only the 1 manager and a random staff member from a different company who only works a half day has the ability to either access my daughter's full records and/or ability to get them! So, my daughter is left in a situation that could derail a very critical matter. I m pissed and disappointed in the staff and office. I didn't expect them to have to do the work to expedite the matter, I didn't expect them to stop everything to take care of it. I simply wanted basic information to handle it myself and help getting that information. While I appreciate the doctor who cares for my child... be aware of the issues in the office.

The lady at the desk was rude and hateful towards me and refused to see my very ill son even though he was throwing up on their floor. All because I was late and I even called and said I was late and was on my way and they said it was okay. This was yesterday at 10:30 a.m. they told me about the 15 minute policy after I get there. I understand that but I had no idea about that. I will never ever go there again. Might need to get different people to work there because that was very uncalled for.late or not when a 5 year old is puking on the floor you take care of it.
