O’Reilly’s treated me GOOD!! Eddie stayed right up and helped me replace my battery. Was super kind and friendly and knowledgeable and got me all the service I needed.

The lines here are nothing new however there's a lot better customer service and friendliness and knowledge about parts than at the competition
Updated review. Only place I keep an account with pretty simple fact. They know what they're talking about and actually care yet may take a while to get to them cuz they always have lines. But this is the place I go to for my parts when I have to go to a parts store that is

Eddie was so accomodating. His customer service was 2nd-to-none when it came to helping my fiancee, Oliver, get his headlight placed in the SUV. We really appreciate the patience and professionalism he displayed. He went the extra mile. Thanks Eddie.

Went in for a set of wiper blades and was helped by Eddie. He was very professional and solved my issue quickly and even offered to help me install my new wiper blades, the guy has excellent customer service skills.

So, we have two major auto parts stores in Osceola: O'Reilly and Autozone. I prefer O'Reilly because of their can-do spirit, well-stocked isles, and friendly customer care team. I'm not knocking The Zone totally. Just saying that O'Reilly is my jam, my preference. They will continue to be my #1 go-to for everything auto. Cheers to everyone at O'Reilly Auto Parts Osceola Arkansas who come to work with a smile, keep that smile going, and don't mind helping and assisting folk. 'Cause some of us don't know anything about car batteries, windshield wiper fluid, fuel injection cleaners, warning lights...I could go on and on! Great job team!! 🤗🥰😀 P.S. The store Manager is awesome! Alvin! 👌👍🏻 Very knowledgeable about his products and great at deciphering your needs for automotive service and/or repairs! The Newport Arkansas store also has a great inventory! Both on the floor and in the back! Got this great air compressor for my boat! Finally time for some Greer's Ferry Lake!! ✌

I am neverDisappointed whenever I walk through the door of this O’Reilly because these people that work here are the best in the business their customer service is 100% satisfaction and I’ve never had one thing to complain about when I left the store great ways you need to go there and buy something they’ll help you spend that money

I went to the local O’Reilly today and I met a gentleman named Eddie he informed me he was new but the way he talked and explained everything I needed to know about my vehicle made me very happy I was price shopping for a new battery and brakes and the way he sold me on the brand and the durability of the product I felt like I got robbed but in a good way 😉 I love having great customer service and Mr Eddie brought it 😎

Went in for fuel cap not have one for my truck but service by staff friendly and a veteran tried to find me one so left with hot wheel car

I needed someone to check the lights on my car ( busy) the guy asked if I could wait a little while to get the line down. Me: no problem. When it was my time again the other guy hooked it up for me, super nice and polite

My check engine light was on so I stopped to have them scan the code. It was low on coolant, I bought some at a reasonable price.

Have a 3020 Ram Pickup. Purchased the ultra Brite LED high and low beam bulbs. They were $100 per pair. $200 total. On the Ram you need to remove the rafldiator burn cover and the grill to remove headlight assembly. Really easy to do. Most of it was held together buy the push in plugs and a total of 6 bolts. Super easy. Took me about 45 mi minutes to do both sides. Make sure your bulbs are turned to the same spot on both side. You will only be able to get the high beam bulb almost horizontal.

The service was great, and the staff helped me with my issue. I will be coming back to shop.

They guy who helped me was really nice and helpful for once I can say I was actually happy leaving the parts store.

There is some real good people in this store. The assistant manager is very knowledgeable on all vehicles.

I needed brakes calipers and rotors all in stocks and ready to pick up after a call.

Very knowledgeable and they still loan tools so you don't have to purchase a tool you'll use only once
