This is the best store in town when it comes to service! We just bought a mattress today. No pushy salesmen like at all!! He got it delivered today! No extra cost for delivery because we live local… and then the delivery people were extraordinarily helpful.. came in and did their job but also stayed to help me put on my new mattress cover.. picked up all the trash in their way out. The prices are great. But this store has won my business by service alone!

I went into this store a month ago and it was so worth it! Jackie took the time to ask if I had specific needs in mind and then she took the time to help me find the one I wanted. I would shop at this store again just for the customer service. Jackie is down to earth and it was a pleasure doing business with her. My mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. If our heads hit the pillow then we are asleep and it has been many years since that has happened. Thanks again Jackie!!!

I needed to separate my Tempurpedic split king bed into two twin beds last week, but only had one set of headboard brackets. After ordering "universal" brackets from Tempurpedic direct and learning they were a new design (and didn't fit my bed), the manufacturer told me I was just plain out of luck. I called Mattress King and talked with Carl - He made some calls, located the correct brackets at another dealer location, and arranged to have them shipped to me. He also followed up with a phone call to make sure I received them. It's is hard to find this kind of customer service anywhere these days... You can shop at Mattress King with full confidence that they have your back, no matter what!
