Ashley Furniture was such a pleasant experience today! My husband and I were greeted very quickly by Brian, and I’m so happy he helped us find the living room furniture we were looking for in the budget we wanted to stay in!

I think we all share the apprehension of encountering a pushy salesperson but Brian was never pushy in any shape or form and was extremely refreshing company. He did also show us some lovely mattresses and I definitely look forward to returning to the store when we upgrade our mattress. If you’re in the market for some new furniture I HIGHLY recommend going to Ashley and seeking out Brian for your wants and needs! I can’t wait for our new living room setup to arrive!

Hi my name is Victor I was in Ashley furniture store and I was looking for a recliner for my mother spoke to one of the sales reps Anthony, and he help me in every way to find the chair I was looking for. Love this store! Adam was amazing. We were able to get exactly what we wanted and for a fair price. Adam answered every question I had and gave me multiple options to choose from and was very down to earth. It’s nice having someone to help navigate through the process instead of rushing and pushing. Definitely recommend going and talking with Adam and also ask about their mattresses! So much knowledge.

We knew Ashley Store had a good reputation so it was the first place we went to. AJ was quick to help and was a great hype man through out the buying process. We’ll definitely be going back for future purchases.

It was a.pleasure to shop at Ashley's in Jonesboro. Dealing with Bryan was a pleasure. Sales associates are usually pushy and put pressure on the customer to purchase something, even if it isn't what they need or want. That wasn't the case with Bryan. We told him what we wanted and he showed us what you had to offer and then let us alone to shop. He was there if we had questions. We enjoyed our shopping trip and I am sure we will enjoy our purchase. Bryan is an asset to your company.

Very good experience. My living room furniture arrived on time and in perfect condition. The set up was performed quickly and easily.
The delivery scheduling process was painless via Jenny the chatbot. I was kept informed of the progress throughout the whole process.

Not only was he able to get us what we wanted and where we needed to be but helped us through every step of the way while answering every question we had about different products and different brands and different financing options in store and online. Adam got us taken care of within a matter of an hour and plan on coming in again on Monday again to finish up on some other home projects! Thank you Adam!

I have now shopped twice here and both times were amazing experiences. The staff is great and not pushy. They give you your space to look around while still making suggestions to meet your desires.
