What a pleasant experience it was to assist a friend to visit with a kind patience "Assistant County Veterans Service Officer Ms.Lavette Domineck". She was very patient with us to explain the entire process to our understanding to explain every process very thoroughly. We truly appreciated her knowledge to extend her services beyond what was expected with her gracious smiling heart. We didn't feel like we were just a mere client, however more like a family friend to be grateful for her time to walk us through the entire process to be very compassionate on all levels. Veterans Service Officer (VSO), Lavette Domineck did an Excellent job of educating and informing me of the Disability Rating process. She was thorough in asking me questions, that were able to jog my memory and gather the information I needed to submit towards my claim. VSO Domineck is one of the "Best" service personnel I have worked with and I have recommended her to a number of veterans who are needing assistance with claims and other needs. I was able to achieve a higher rating and wouldn't have done it without her due diligence!

I was afraid to have my claim reviewed because I didn't want to believe that I needed help. After talking with Lavette Domineck, I realized that asking for help was not a sign of weakness. Her professionalism and knowledge made it so easy to talk to her and work with her. My claim was submitted and completed with me now getting the support I need for my condition. I’m not an easy person to impress, but I have to say that the service and understand I received from Ms. Lavette Domineck was outstanding. I honestly didn’t know what to expect. I almost went through the process on my own and I can say that I’m thankful I didn’t. I’m even more thankful that I was fortunate enough to have Ms. Domineck helping me. Being a veteran herself, Ms. Domineck genuinely cared about what I was going through and it was evident as soon as we started talking. Coming from Georgia it was a slow process for claims I had the privilege of having Lavette Domineck take on my appeal when I moved to Texas . She is outstanding returns calls too. She help me get in front of the DRO in Waco and today I had me hearing went from 50 to 90. If you need help please use them they care it is not just a job for them. They look forward to serving vets

Ms LAVETTE DOMINECK went out of her way to get my son registered with his service related injury. She’s a veteran herself, so she can feel the “pain” of most of the veterans that walk into her office needing help. We need more people like Ms DOMINECK to help and keep thanking out veterans that risk their lives to protect our freedoms that most of us take for granted. DCVS helped us with our disability claims. We had tried before on our own and got no where. Domineck really knows her stuff and helped us get the claims processed and we got our disability approved. Thank you Domineck for all that you do!
