Big 5 Sporting Goods

The staff is always friendly when we go. Smaller sporting store but always have the essentials needed. I find things cheaper here than some stores and good quality too.

They have great deals and coupons if you sign up for it.

The people that work there are very helpful and friendly. They won't over sell you things but make sure you have everything

Went in to buy a bike lock. Clerk was helpful,courteous and professional. Came away from the stacks of boxes to help me out and continued to make himself available my entire time in the store,but not in that uncomfortable way where it feels like you're being hawked. I'll be there again for any and all of my sporting needs

What's not to love about big 5? They have everything for camping, fishing, ect. Nice friendly staff.

It took two trips, but I finally found two pairs of shoes that fit and we're comfortable. Feet must continue to grow longer as we age, as my last pair of shoes were smaller! The staff did their best to help me and my daughter find shoes, as it was obvious they were short handed. Thank you for working so hard to help us.

Bought a pair of "kicks' today @ The BIG 5 Sporting Goods Store and must say was so very impressed with the customer service from 2 store associates named "Tay" and"Daisy ".
I recommend this store 4 shore!!!

Try 'em...I think you'll like 'em

I didn't try on my new pair of 10W NB shoes. I thought they would be the same size as before. Wrong! They were too big! After a month and throwing away the box and receipt, I decided to return the like new shoes and hope Big 5 would exchange them. To my surprise, the cashier allowed me to find a 9.5W and I was on my way! Thank you very much! I will be back!

The employees helped so much and they are extremely friendly. They had excellent customer service skills.

Went to buy shoes couldn't find the price only had one pair no price took them like 15 minutes to look up a price. Yes it was worth the wait paid only$9.99

The ease of shopping throughout store plus products I like. They honor the military...just show your active/ retired military I.D. to get your 10% discount. Staff is always helpful.

A good place to go if you need sports stuff, we go here for softball equipment for my daughters. The prices are comparable to other places and they have a coupon pretty often.

Not bad for a quick pair of shoes...

Has a great selection of sporting goods. The store is packed with items and the prices are competitive with any in Salem. Worth the look.
