Tangled Yarns

We were here for LYS DAY 2023 doing a Trunk Show with Alissa!! This store has a great selection of yarns, notions and tools!!

This quaint store was run by a very nice lady and her gorgeous cat. Yarn selection was nice. Needed stitch markers and had an excellent selection of handmade markers.

Candi is so helpful with yarn selections and will even look up patterns for you. I went in to pick up yarn to crochet my great nephew a hat and booties.

What an amazing owner! She really makes this place sparkle. We talked and talked and talked. She knows her stuff, and does a lot more than just run a business - she has a whole social circle revolving around that shop. She really made it fun and I got some great ideas for my next progects.

We stopped into Tangled Yarns while on a trip to Netart's Bay. We had always visited this street of shops but were drawn into this shop by Candy's beautiful kitty cat in the window. We thoroughly enjoyed being doted upon by Candy and all her knowledge and giving lots of kitty loves. Candy helped me pick out yarn and needles for me to begin knitting and gave me many helpful tips and patterns to take home. Everything in the store was priced well and we can't wait to come back for our yearly Netart's Bay trip to visit Candy and her sweet kitty.

I had a knitting disaster and she fixed it in no time. She was very helpful. Her shop is so much fun to be in. There are buttons and some beautiful yarns. I will be getting all my yarn there now

Tons of incredible specialty yarns from the Pacific Northwest. Most expensive yarn i saw was local and handmade for $38 a skein, and most affordable was $8 Merino wool! You won't find any Super saver yarn here! There are handmade objects and wearables you may buy, the lady who works there is extremely pleasant and helpful, and there's a huuuuuuge selection of handmade fused glass jewelry. The store cats name is Kelly and she's deaf and very loving and beautiful. I am very excited to go here again!

Only went in for one item that they don't ordinarily sell but was greeted and assisted pleasantly and she found exactly what I needed hidden away!

This store is great I go in and always leave with great advice. There is almost always some one knitting. This is a great place if you need to pick up a project for a long trip or need ideas. Prices are extremely reasonable.

At last, it was lessons with a BIG shuttle at Tangled Yarns that helped me get the rhythm; I had tried (unsuccessfully) learning how to tat over-and-over again for many years, but now I am tatting!

Staff is very helpful but product is over priced.
