Rendezvous Bar & Grill

Had a bit of a layover in between busses to the coast. They were super chill, didn't mind if we sat for a spell. Food was very yummy, the fries were the right kind of crispy and the staff friendly and attentive. Great space with a balance for both families and the 21+ crowd. 10/10 will return for when there are more coastal adventures.

Hands down the BEST, I mean the VERY BEST smoked brisket sandwich I have ever had!! The Mac & Cheese stayed creamy and cheesy while I devoured my brisket. John is amazing and poured our drinks perfectly! The place is dark, warm and cozy. The outdoor section is a covered gazebo next to the smoker!! It's not a pretentious place or super snazzy but it's the best "hole in the wall" 👍👍💚

We really enjoy the Rendezvous! Their brisket sandwich is exceptional, and the other menu items I've tried (albeit infrequently) have been excellent as well. Great pub food, a pleasant and convivial atmosphere, and drink options to suit everyone...what's not to love?
Also, so far it's the only dart board we've found in the Tillamook area. If you like throwing a round or two of darts while having a pint or two, this is a great place to do it!

The best smoked sandwich I ever had. Friendly stuff, local humor and funny karaoke. I will definitely stop by again if I have a chance.

We had the Irish Fries and roast turkey pizza. Both were outstanding! There is a larger bar attached to the restaurant. Can't wait to go back

Wasn't expecting much from what appeared to be a little "dive bar" in the old Town area of Tillamook.
Had a French dip with THE BEST brisket I have had in years with grilled onion and Swiss cheese. Delicious.
Highly recommend giving this place a try. Service was great. Locals hanging out chit-chating. You won't be disappointed.

Love this place. Brisket anything is fantastic, and their Mac and cheese so tasty. Can't wait till their remodel done though. Looking forward to a full menu.

But now I've visited again and there's more....

During my original visit I enjoyed myself thoroughly for several reasons: One, the owners and the employees are people who understand that a bar/restaurant is a hospitality business. (A fact lost on so, so many others.) And two, a person feels warmly welcome, and genuinely appreciated, while visiting The Rendezvous.

Now it's two weeks later and I'm back, and I feel compelled to amend my original post with my latest experience.

Everyone whom works at The Rendezvous takes genuine pride in their work, and it shows, whether it be making special request cocktails (did someone say whiskey sour muddled with fresh summer peaches) -- for which I owe a special thanks to Bartender Bob -- or the from-the-heart food (yes, I'm thinking of you fish'n chips, in all your amazing panko-crisped crunchy glory, and yes you too, decadently-rich clam chowder.)

When it comes judging their food, for me the Rendezvous passes the ultimate litmus test for how much a restaurant cares about its food... their vegetable side-dishes are thoughtfully prepared -- and absolutely delicious.

Visit because you're thirsty. Visit because you're hungry. Visit because you want to surround yourself with friendly people. But... visit!

Nice and quiet when we were here. Food is excellent! Love the tator tots!

Stopped here on our way home, wish it was closer to where we live! Staff was so friendly food was fantastic! We had clam chowder, very good! Steamer class and mozzarella sticks for appetizers. Shared main course, seafood topped cod that was delicious. It came with fresh steamed veggies and choice of potato. The bartender brought us a jello shot topped with pop rocks to thank us for stopping!

Best burger I have had in a long time. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love my experience every time.
The bar staff is absolutely phenomenal! Both weekend bartenders always make the best drinks, have prompt service, and have such a good attitude when it comes to customer service.
They are organized, sanitary, and skillful!
They ensure the environment of the establishment is safe and peaceful, yet fun and highly enjoyable!
The kitchen staff is always making wonderful food that turns out perfect each time!
The karaoke DJ is such a delight as well! Always smiling and makes everyone feel welcome to participate!
Truly couldn't ask for a better place to enjoy a Friday or Saturday evening.

We stopped here on our way through town with low expectations as it seemed like an old dive bar. Staff were super friendly and the food was outstanding! My partner and I both got the brisket sandwich with a side of macnchs and fries. The brisket was just phenomenal and the sides were way better than any fries we've had in awhile. Very pleasantly surprised and stoked about this great find. Definitley recommend stopping here.

Just went in for a pickle back and restroom. Fast and fun service. Very nice attentive bartender 👌

We had a great bartender and tasty snack. The staff was friendly and prompt and we wish we had stopped in sooner. Our bartender explained the kitchen issues and changes to the menu while they were working through the repairs. Plenty of TV's if you need to watch sports, a stage for a band, not too bright and a comfy bar.

I love this place. I was only in town for one day trying to find somewhere to go to have dinner and drinks. We came into this bar and even though they had construction going on and part of the building it was still a relaxed, easy-going, friendly, fun, atmosphere, and they make the best brisket smoked in the house. It’s amazing.

Rendezvous bar & grill has some of the friendliest folks working there. I think the owners were working when we stopped in for lunch. The food was also really really good.

If they served Bodhizafa it would make it absolute perfection!

This is a small local bar and grill that I am so glad we found . Absolutely the best brisket I have had . The bartender was amazing .
