Had a tooth extraction today, never felt the shots, never felt the tooth come out. Very friendly, and professional. VERY reasonably priced for folks without insurance.

Office staff super nice and helpful when trying to schedule an appointment! Assistants make you feel comfy and at home and that’s a big deal because normally the dentist is a scary place for me! Dr Bourns treated me like a friend and explained everything so well and in detail where I could understand. I’ll 100% recommend to anyone looking for a home dentist!

Dr Bourns and staff have been our family Dentist for over 20 years
And only moving states could stop us continuing as his patients
( we did think about travelling )
The whole atmosphere is one of friendliness competence ,reliability and personalized care .

Dr Mike and his staff are amazing. On Monday I had a tooth removed and two veneers taken out to make room for a bridge. I didn’t feel any of the procedure. Actually slept through it. They called in meds which were waiting on me once I got to the pharmacy. About 6pm that evening Dr. Mike called me personally just to check on me and to let me know if I needed anything to feel free to call. This wasn’t my first visit but I can say that my experience has always been a pleasant one.

This office is amazing! The staff are so friendly and Dr. Bourns is the most genuine doctor! This office goes the extra mile to serve and care for their patients. I am very thankful we found them!

Excellent family dentistry

The inconvenience of being open only until 2pm on Thursday and not open at all on Friday makes it hard to speak with the bill personnel.

Dr Bourns is a great dentist. But his staff is awful. Constantly negative and they talk about each other behind their backs. They are all two faced and put on a front for the patients. If Dr. Bourns wasn’t such a great person in general I would have left long before I did. If I would have lasted until Covid hit I wouldn’t have came back when they reopened. This is not an office I would recommend to anyone. Especially with coronavirus going around. This is a breeding ground for cross contamination. I hate to be writing this negative of a review because I really did like Dr. Bourns but his staff ruins it.

Doctor's Great ...he's friendly and has an amazing personality...the staff is hateful. I won't go there again because of the lady's at the front desk!

Made an appointment. Broken tooth. Dentist I saw for 2 minutes. He asked me what I wanted to do. I told him I don't know. He said the staff will gimme the options. And left. 66$ later I had an estimate for actually doing something. If you don't have lots of $ you're not worth his time.
