Took 2 of my grandsons to Game X Change for the first time. They loved it! We will be back soon!

Knowledgeable staff, good prices, if they don't have it they'll call around to find it and get it to you.

My boys were there to spend their Christmas money on Xbox 360 games and found several that they loved. While I'm waiting on them to shop I found several old movies that I really love.
The staff was very accommodating and very nice and very friendly and knowledgeable about every aspect of the store.

Always a must for kids who tire of games quickly, buy used it's better for the environment, too. Lots of used cords, controllers, and memory cards. And things like old-school Nintendos, steering wheels, Guitar Hero equipment, you name it! We like to call ahead if it's something specific. They're so helpful. TONS of vintage vinyls. ridiculously well priced, Love the selection of cool snacks, my kids always load up on the Japanese sodas, Ramune (stick to original & strawberry, we love melon and it's still very, veryyyy not gooood). Always have pockee, and those cool large gummie tacos, pizzas, and sushi! Lots of mints in cute tins like Bob Ross and Hello Kitty. Pokemon cards, build-yourself models, as well as Pokémon (and other) plushies (new, obviously:) )A wideeee selection of resale funko pops and tons of cool (new) tees with everything from Pokémon to Mario, to 90s stuff like Nickelodeon and Beavis and Butthead. Pretty quick staff who are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They really will try to get you what you want or tell you where to try to find it. Love this store... can you tell?

Had a really great experience selling my Pokémon cards and yugioh cards. As well as buying some PS2 games. Seth, Ethan and John were helpful and Seth and John were great talking to while going through my cards.

I love this store. I've been going to it for years, ever since it first opened and it's consistently been a place I go to and buy stuff from. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the trade in cash/credit has always been very fair to me. I've been to a lot of other Game X Changes but this one has always been my favorite, can't recommend it enough. They always have great inventory and I love spending time here.

Great staff, Fun environment! They were very friendly, knowledgeable, & more than willing to help with any questions or concerns I had. I was visiting to appraise my card collection and I must admit; After checking with Game Goblins, & then Archangel, My only regret was not going to Game X Change 1st.

I picked up quite a few old classics for Playstation 1 & 2 about a week ago.

The nicest employees I have ever met, and they have a wide and affordable selection of video game memorabilia and much much more. They also have excellent warranties on their video games. I definitely will be a regular costumer here.

Went in there a few weeks ago with an original Sega Genesis to see if it was running after having some issues with it. They not only got it running but also gave me a few tips as well! 10/10 will definitely be visiting again!

Great store! Well organized and a fun environment! It seems like every time I walk in to the store I find some hidden gem I didn’t even know I was looking for! 6 out of 5 stars, way better than GameStop

I was in there yesterday, while Chris and Makayla were working. First off, I just want to say that these two are very nice and friendly. I’ve gone in here a couple other times and the staff were unpleasant, at best. I really hope to be able to do business with them in the future.

I ordered an original Nintendo controller and super Mario bros/duck hunt game for my 6yr old special needs son and couldn't b happier. Him and i!! Shipping was super fast also. Ordered on Thursday afternoon and received it Saturday morning.

Ashley and Victor at the Benton Arkansas location were awesome and helpful when I stopped by today to trade in a bunch of old games and buy a used Xbox One X. I got great store credit prices for my traded in games -- much more than the quote I got from GameStop's site.

If you want to trade games or you're looking for vintage consoles and accessories I highly recommend you give this store a try. They also have miniatures, videos, board games, and tons of other cool items.

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience at the Bowman Road location. I was ignored by the two employees there so I left.

I come from a family of serious and leisure gamers. They all love to come here I have a brother that visits from out of state and always has to come to the store! I also have a son that lives out of state and every time he comes over we go to this game exchange here in Benton. they have old games retro games action figures movies DVDs blu-rays controllers game boy everything and tons of Pokemon magic cards game Candies and more. They even sell tools. LOL. This place is great the employers are super nice and we love the guy with the beard he knows everything and he's so kind I wish I could remember his name. I see him all the time. Thank you game exchange for making my children an extended family so happy!
