Walgreens

Drive-thru is a convenience way for quick pickups and drop off. That's it. Everything else takes times and needs to be done at the counter. And don't forget to utilize their app, you can pay your maintenance prescriptions and have next day ship to you at no charge ( some restriction apply like insulin...) Why wait in line? And if you see long line at drive thru, come inside usually faster at the counter anyway. Just curious though why choose to wait in line and get upset at the people who's trying their best at serving our community ?😅🤔

I have never had any major problems with this store. They have always been super nice to me. I agree the drive thur is slow sometimes but that is usually because people do not have their insurance cards ready or up to date. It is rare I have found it to be the stores fault. They have had to back order some of my medications but again it was no fault to the store that they ran out or had to order a medication that isn't normal stock. I continue to use this store because of the great customer service I get here.

Aside from being a little understaffed at times, I'm not sure why anyone has any room to complain. If you don't have your insurance in order, of course it is going to be rejected and it'll possibly take longer to get your prescription refilled. It's a funny thing but I'm pretty sure common practice with good ol insurance companies, you have to keep your insurance current in order for it to do you any good. I have been to this store for my meds and to buy stuff for home so I have used both departments of this store on multiple occasions at varying times of the day and have to say that I've not had a long wait and the staff are kind and courteous. If any improvements were to be made, I would say it would be to make sure there are enough employees....but this is a corporate problem, not to be blamed on the store itself.

At 8am today walgreens (window lady Michelle) made me feel so important...asked myself "how's ...I was feeling ..and that gave me comfort..to begin my day ...feeling Awesome..The tall male inside worker..he always makes me laugh..He always so focused & always knows the answers to my questions..very Easy to talk too.. while driving away today both of these hard workers... always give me a warm spot in my heart*Thank You so much for those feelings!!!*RLM*

I get all my medicines filled here. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes care of any questions you may have. One of the better walgreens I've been to -

Above and beyond! Store manager, Kevin, was in the Christmas spirit. He went over and above to make my granddaughter's gift right. So very nice and accommodating when they had no reason to be.

Love this store . Great staff always nice . Most of the time when i go in there for smokes the cashier if it is someone that knows me gets them before I even ask .

This store is so convenient and almost always has everything I need. The employees are very helpful and accommodating!
