West Side Pharmacy

By far the best experience that I’ve had with a pharmacy. I had to switch pharmacies and I am so glad I chose West Side. The service is top notch and everyone is so friendly as soon as you walk in the door. I haven’t had that type of an experience at a pharmacy before and will continue to use them for my pharmacy needs.

Love it here. I recently switched to here from another pharmacy. By far, West Side is much, much,better with their services and customer service. If your doing your business with any down the road,my advice would be to switch to West Side. You won't regret it.

On the day of my wedding I didn't realize they closed at 2 on Saturdays and I was leaving that night for a cruise and was going to be completely out of medicine that I needed. When I showed up 15 minutes late Maddi was more than happy to help out and got me fixed up even though they were closed and trying to go home. Great people and great pharmacy.

I called today to check on my tamiflu, and spoke with Emma. She not only called the doctors office for an alternative route due to symptoms, she got it filled for me in like 5 minutes. Thank you so much Emma!

During this latest winter freeze my meds didn’t get delivered when promised. I called the store right before closing. The pharmacist actually delivered them on his way home!!!! He went way and beyond for me. Glad I switched to West Side Pharmacy.

I love West Side Pharmacy. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their products are high quality and always available. I love getting my vitamin injections and seasonal (or any other) vaccines.from the walk-in clinic. The visit is fast, easy, and super convenient. No long waiting times, complicated policies/ procedures, nor appointment required. West Side Pharmacy has everything or family needs, from our medications, vaccines to our overall health demands.

Extremely professional and caring ! Always putting the customers first. Willing to go above and beyond to get what is needed. They have been a God send as of late by helping me and my family overcome false allegations that my previous pharmacy of whom I have been loyal to for 15 years not counting knowing each other since childhood. My main concern is that Westside Pharmacy was more than willing to help get all of the problems created by other pharmacies corrected and back to normal. I would highly recommend this pharmacy for those who are being judged and discarded on false rumors and bad doctors reviews. They are willing to sort out problems that have been falsified for what ever reason. I am not saying they solve every problem but they will be honest and fair and above all within the law as they try to help new customers. You might not like there answer but at least it will be honest and fair. That’s the biggest and most important thing in these strange times. They work fairly and with in DEA guidelines. We were fortunate to have signed on with them.Lo

Great place with amazing people!. I do wish it was like the old west side pharmacy from when I was a kid but I understand times change. I will always be a customer of them. I never have to wait to be greeted and they are always quick with my orders ( I'm talking 10 mins or less).

West Side has been wonderful! Always answer my questions, have refills ready promptly, and always friendly! We had an issue where the dogs got into the meds (they were up high, but apparently not high enough!) and they helped us get them refilled despite it not being time. I was so grateful! Love using a local pharmacy!

I switched from a larger pharmacy to West Side about 6 months ago. I am so pleased with the service I receive here. The entire staff is kind, and if I ever have any questions, they will go above and beyond. They will contact my doctors office for me, and I really appreciate that. I will never go anywhere else. Always so nice and professional! Some of the other local pharmacies are always too busy and make you feel like they don't have time for you. I appreciate West Side very much!

I love Westside Pharmacy !! They are always so friendly and they treat you like family. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are always professional and I've never had to wait on my medicines. They also deliver. They know you by name, and answer any questions about your meds. All around good people.

As long as I live in this area I will never use any other pharmacy. I don't wait for hours for medications, the prices are very reasonable, the people are kind, knowledgeable and I can call or ask to speak to the pharmacist and actually get to talk to him. They txt me when my prescription is ready if I choose to drop it off and I don't recall it ever being more than 30 minutes. This is just a wonderful place to do business.

By far the best Pharmacy in Arkansas, I've gone over a year without stepping foot in the store and when I did get a chance to goto them ,they remembered my name without me saying a word!! They help in anyway they can to get your prescriptions, super friendly EVERY time, I've turned in numerous prescriptions at the same time and they are filled in under 30 minutes everytime (unless they are out but still only a day or two for delivery). And the environment here is just beautiful...this has been our Pharmacy of choice for @ a decade now! Give them a try if you haven't yet!!

Westside is the best. They give real customer service. They are kind and caring. I love the delivery feature because it is hard to get home from LR in time to pick up sometimes. We have some really specialized medicines and Zach has always made sure they are available when we need them!

I have been using West side off and on for some yrs now. I love this place. They are very helpful. Especially Zach, he helped me a lot during and very bad time. Thank all of y'all for ALWAYS caring about your patience.

i don't write reviews ever but i would like to voice my opinion. this place has excellent customer service, though i have found issues they are always quickly resolved. they are patient, they are quick, efficient and they always notify when your meds are ready for pick-up/delivery. p.s i haven't found any good pharmacies that deliver, only westside. if you don't have a car and need your medicine they got you covered. thanks for continuing to be top quality and god bless-
