Walmart Supercenter

Big old Walmart. Found everything I needed after looking around. Sales staff was helpful. Good prices on everything you need. The store was clean and there's plenty of parking.

Talk about professional. I was in and out at PICK UP in no time in the great city of Benton, AR even though I do not live here

Very pleasant this evening, not too crowded. We went about 7:30 pm on a Wednesday. They were out of 1 item we needed but we are not desperate for it.

I completed a pickup order for a large electronic item. Required two employees to load, and thankfully that is what happened. Everything went as expected and without any issues.

Mr. Elrod in the pharmacy was and is a very sincere and pleasant manager. He is very professional and easy to talk with. He has my vote as manager of the year.

I love their online order & pick-up can't beat it

Been doing grocery pickup for awhile now. It will spoil you! Pick your stuff online, turn it in and pick a time to go to the drive-thru. They load your groceries and you're good to go. Everyone doing this job has always been very aware of putting groceries away where things aren't damaged and are all sorted by categories, cold things together, canned goods, chips and breads, etc.

Really busy made the wait too pick up a little longer.

Shane Pervis is an awesome employee, think it said manager on his tag but didn't pay much attention. Seen him deescalate a situation with the shopper and the cashier flawlessly. Both the customer and employee learned something that day. I should have taken a picture. I asked another employee for his name, very well played.

Love this Walmart always very neat and organized. Never have I entered a Walmart and been greeted with a smile ALWAYS.. I loved the wide variety of products that are up to date and can't rave enough about the clearance selection. Top notch store

Ran in, got out quickly ND easily even with a human checker! The shelves were fun, and the isles clear and wide enough to pass another with ease!

Love the Benton super center. They almost always have what I need in stock

Always get my oil change & tires there, service is professional and friendly, Tracy has become a regular to check me in and I appreciate the help & assistance to keep my car on the road + their gas prices are usually the best around the Benton area. Thanks 😊✌🇺🇲

Busy but I guess you expect that this time of year.

I love the fact I can get groceries, clothes, home improvement and toys at the same place. The prices are high right now due to inflation but semi reasonable compared other just grocery stores. Any staff I encountered were friendly and helpful for whatever reason I needed them.

Let me give the ultimate praise to the ladies and gents that work the pick-up department. Those guys are always slammed with car after car pulling in for their orders. It's often hot, rainy and there are 900 of us that pull in every hour. Despite this, they come up my car with a great attitude, a joke, and a smile anyways. They are fast, efficient, and I have never had an issue with a single item they've loaded I to my car.
They are helpful, professional and quick.
And despite how nasty my car is or how many questions my toddler asks while loading my groceries, they maintain five star ratings.
Can't speak to anything inside of Walmart, except to say Silvia Wilson (I may be spelling that wrong) is also a five star employee. Every single encounter with her she has gone above and beyond.

London was on time ..friendly,come running carefully with E very Bag HUGE Arms...was {RIGHT ON TIME}so perfect..I just finished Watching church ~{It was like my Angel arrive at my front door}~And HE was My ANGEL Right There with my food... AFTER not having any food for a month but 1 boost a day...crackers some days..1 MONTH WITH OUT FOOD!...I Tip HIM and Asked HIM his NAME...HE was like GOD IN THE FLESH! It was such a moment of Peace and tranquility Came though my Soul ....Like my whole body and soul was shaking with a touch of deep Love....RIGHT AFTER Watching In-TOUCH..by Charles Stanley~💯The Best Teacher,,,,PERFECT TIMING...PERFECTED DELIVERY...NEED A RAISE $30 A HOUR.....P.S. I absolutely dodge Walmart as much as I can. But this store is always very put together.
