He, along with another employee, effectively managed to help minimize our bill and meticulously guided us through each stage of the process. We were thoroughly impressed and will undoubtedly return for future business 👍🏻

Parker was a huge help when switching carriers & phones! He went above and beyond to make sure my transfer went through smoothly. He was honest, knowledgeable and has great communication. Highly recommend this location!

This is a very very good store! I came in today with a small issue they helped me with everything and they found out a few things that I wasn't even aware of which will help me moving forward. They were happy that I came to the front door and I was pretty right away. They treated me and made me feel like that they were glad I was there. If more businesses would hire and train people to treat their customers like this... I'm in the sales business myself and customer service. If I could hire a couple of people like this it would be a game changer for the company that I'm with! 10 out of 10!

Gus really helped me try to find deleted messages on my Google Pixel. It was too late for me to recover lost messages but I now know how to take care of that! And Gus was very knowledgeable and pleasant. 5 stars!!!

I am a Senior person who purchased a new iPhone about a month ago. The staff at this store has been superb! I ended up working with three different people from purchase thru final turning in my old phone. David was awesome! Should have come here first.
I spent 2 hours on the phone with technical support trying to setup a gizmo watch and they couldn’t figure it out. Two days before Christmas and there was no wait. Walked right in. My representative David greeted me immediately. He was friendly and professional and he literally figured out the problem in 5 minutes.

Highly recommend this store.

Zeke was a HUGE help getting my phone traded in and upgraded! He was a very nice guy and had no issues answering my many questions. Where this process would usually take a few hours, Zeke had me in and out of there in less than an hour and made the process very fun and easy! Will definitely be sending all of my friends/family his way. Thank you, Zeke!

My husband and I just upgraded our phones, and the experience was great. Our salesman, Billyjack, was very friendly and accommodating. It was an easy transition with good humor and good service. The longest process was transferring data, but we were well taken care of during the transition.

After visiting two other "Verizon" stores I finally went to Fayetteville's location. Parker Owen helped me and took the time to listen and fix my issues with my email on my phone. They were the only store that seemed to know what was wrong and how to fix it.

This store location provided excellent quick service when I lost my phone. The sales team was very helpful in explaining the new contract details of my replacement
