I mainly shop the kitchen . The selection of small appliances and gadgets and storage systems is awesome. I got my Kitchen Aid and meat grinder at the Fort Smith, AR store.

I just can't say enough good things about this store. They have so much really good stuff it is ridiculous

I was looking for a Purculator and found one but it was an 8 cup and I needed a 12 cup. An associate came over and offered her help. They didn't have it in store but she helped us order it through there website and also gave us 20% off.

Emily was fantastic, she found me everything thing I needed and more. Very knowledgeable about products and current sale specials. Will definitely be back.

We went in to get items for our pooch, Lilly, because we heard they were having a sale on things we would like for her. They were out of everything in her size. We were disappointed, but not for long. An associate helped us find something for her online and had it shipped to our home, with free shipping! I can't say enough about what a great experience this was. Their customer service is top notch!

I've loved this place for years and years..I can find more than what i really need in their store, ALWAYS. They have withstood all the ups and downs..amazing deals, hang on to those hard, light cardboard type coupons and no matter what the expiration date says, they still honor them, Cool, huh? I'm not kidding, I'm a good couponer!!

Nice store. Glad there's another one other than in the mall & so close to my house. Nice staff & plenty of variety just like the other store.

Love all the variety! And don't throw away those coupons! They take their Bed, Bath & Beyond coupons even after they're expired. The expiration date is more of a "we wish you would come in by this date . . . "

It was very busy, I was greeted at the door when entering, felt comfortable and was able to get some great deals.

I came in on Saturday afternoon/evening, 9/26/20. I had a return. I believe the lady helping me was named Tamara. She was so kind, patient and helpful! It’s customer service like this that keeps me coming back.

Large variety and they always send out coupons so you can be sure to get a good deal! They were great on returns when we did our wedding registry through them.

Be careful where you buy things... I was able to buy the pillow pad for $19.95 here at Bed Bath and Beyond.. when I had looked at Walmart and they were $29.95. the quality of merchandise here far exceeds Walmart.

I had purchased sheets that I had not opened yet when I received a coupon for 20% of my purchase. I went back to the store and they were happy to make a return on the sheets and allow me to repurchase with my coupon. Saved me $22.00!

Employees are kinda rude and if returning anything make sure you have a receipt or a 20% discount will be applied in the stores favor of course so that makes a almost $20.00 item refund turns into an almost $10.00 refund Instead, not to happy or satisfied.

This is a smaller store located in Ft Smith, AR. They had exactly what I went in to purchase and they provided great customer service.

Hunted all over a specific item and couldn't find it anywhere. Walked in to Bed Bath & Beyond and found just what I needed and wanted. I GOT IT AND IT WAS ON SALE. WOW. I'M A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.

one of my most favorite shopping stores is the bed and bath & beyond I absolutely love these doors in the one in fort Smith Arkansas surpasses all my applications I can certainly recommend anybody to go to that store and you will absolutely love what you see the prices are great the people that work there are awesome it's just all around a wonderful place to go shopping
