Fast Water Heater Company

Our hybrid water heater had gone out after a power outage. I spoke with Kyle first for warranty and then Scott in sales. We were working on a warranty replacement, but, after talking through our options, which were very, very limited due to supply issues AND that our out of pocket difference wasn't much more than brand new unit with a new warranty AND that wasn't a hybrid, we decided to go new install. Both kyle and Scott were super informative, going above & beyond to get us back in the hot water asap...and by asap I mean the next day.

Caleb showed up within the given time frame to install and haul the old water heater away. He was very polite, professional, informative and made that job look easy!

He corrected some things that were wrong with the old water heater and installed the new one leaving the area very clean. Our tech Cris Gorsek was very patient, pleasant and very informative. He was on time and explained everything very well. He did very nice, clean work. The whole process from scheduling with the install coordinator who also was very knowledgeable and helpful to the install was excellent! Thank you

I would recommend this company to fix water heater problems. It was done in a timely manner after I had received the warranty parts. The service guy was even very conscientious about not getting mud on my deck from his muddy work shoes. All in all 5 stars

Fast Water Heater Company was indeed FAST. They responded and came quickly to our house, gave us a detailed set of choices and costs, and followed through. The service tech, Lee, explained everything we asked in clear "layman's" terms and was super pleasant to work with. We gladly recommend the company.

I called Fast Water Heater to replace our water heater. We had water all over our garage, and a continuous leak that was getting worse. We had to shut off water to the home (shutoff valve on the heater was frozen), so we really needed a fast replacement!

Fast Water Heater lives up to its name! The contact person took our order, provided sensible guidance on the right unit and accessories for our needs, and scheduled the repair for the next day (between 11-5).

Adam Gomez arrived ahead of schedule, assessed the requirements to meet code and ensure our new system would work for our 3 bath home. Given the 22 year age of the old unit, he had a number of things to do to bring our system up to date. He walked us through the costs for additional options and necessary parts, so I was comfortable with the final choices I made.

After installation, he walked us through everything he had done, explained how the new high-tech water heater works and its settings/options (yes, there is an app for that, LOL).

Adam is a consummate professional, who went above and beyond to ensure that the water heater and accessories were optimally installed and configured. I can see why Fast Water Heater has such a good reputation. Highly recommended all around!

Adam was great, they came out next day, were respectful of my time constraints and he even showed up early. He was very informative, explained everything in detail and was upfront about costs. He was extremely respectful of our living space, cleaned up the area and was in and put quickly. It also helps that they were able to offer us the best pricing around as we had contacted several companies who wanted to charge over $100 just to come out and tell us what we already knew.

We purchased and installed what turned out to be a faulty unit. Fast responded and arrived within their promised 24 hours. Lee could not have been more pleasant, helpful and professional. He explained the situation and when he could come back with another. He was respectful of the experience we have with former installations. He returned two days later as promised. Removed faulty heater and installed new ( which works fine!). What I appreciated is he did his job well, cleaned up as he went along and explained some interesting attributes of the new unit.
