All I can say is I've never had a bad experience shopping here. Absolutely great employees and the selection of good, quality boots never disappoints. They also have awesome hats and belts. I now own 3 great belts, 3 pairs of amazing boots, a really awesome hat that I absolutely love. If I didn't have any self control, I'd spend all my money here for sure

Never having owned a pair of Western boots before I had zero knowledge about what I was doing .the young lady that helped me was fantastic.Helped me find the size and fit that was best for me and then was time for style. She was on her hands and knees pulling every pair of my size to find exactly what I wanted,which I wasn't sure of just needed to see them to know,when it looked like all hole was lost she kept searching and might have been the last pair my size she found them .I will be back to purchase my first hat, I'm sure the experience will be just as great.

I loved the cool sales girl that helped me find my perfect pair of Georgia Romeo’s. She was wearing flared jeans and a cut up sports jersey. She mentioned she wanted Romeo’s too. Someone comp this girl a pair- I want to see how she will style them!!

Extensive selection of western boots, work boots and clothes. Large selection of hats. I came in for a belt, couldn't find my size in the style I wanted. Haley was kind enough to order one in for me. The staff really goes the extra mile here.

AMAZING customer service! A super nice lady named Teresa helped me get all the things I needed for my wedding, and was so helpful! I started to look forward to seeing her every time I went there. She was really sweet and paid special attention to every detail I wanted. I will never forget how she treated me.♡

Autumn was very helpful in finding a boot to fit all of my needs. A little pricey, but not much over MSRP, but the extra few bucks i spent was well worth having help measuring my foot, explaining my options, and finding different boots to try. Settled on a pair of Ariats, they feel good, look good, and have everything I needed in a boot.

Nice place to go get a nice pair of boots. Got mine for the same price as if would have got them from Amazon. The difference is the costumer service and you get to try them on and walk around the place . 140 bucks super comfortable. I just got done 5 hours of walking around at the mall and my feet feel happy lol.

Not much selection for kids in store. But ordered online for store pickup. It was fast, friendly and efficient.

This place has an awesome selection of boots and supplies, as well as western wear. The boots are competitively priced. Standard leather run from about $100 to $400 and the exotics (ostrich, shark, crocodile, snake, and even ELEPHANT) start at about $350 and go up from there. The best thing about the place is that the shoes are arranged purely by size with everything on the sales floor, so you don't have to worry about finding something you like and then them not having it in your size. Bonus points for a super friendly staff!

I really enjoyed this little store. They have more clothes(work as well as western) than boots. There are plenty of friendly employees, but only 2 registers and lines can quickly form if the store is packed. I have never once gotten bad service here and there is always something nice e to buy at a decent prices

Absolutely amazing store with amazing products and customer service. I spent many hours, many house searching farm stores, for boots and clothing. Finally stopped in here and was blown away. They have all the amazing quality of brands of boots and clothes you would expect to find. You can find quality boots and quality clothing. with great friendly faces who are always willing to help.

Found a nice coat in my size and long arms

I've been shopping Boot Barn for years online, so it was a major treat to find a store so close to my home! The store is well stocked, clean, bright, and well organized. I loved being able to try on before buying, and the staff was so helpful. I'll definitely be back.
