I bought a vintage jacket with buttons shapes in cicadas, which have deep meanings in my Chinese cultural background. Unfortunately, the jade buttons went missing in the dry cleaning process. Kristy, the associate at the dry cleaning was very compassionate and committed to make the best effort to help me restore the sentimental pieces! I was doubtful for a while, because these buttons were such specialty, and I thought getting a little bit money back would have been the most I could get out as a compensation, which, of course, would not have made me satisfied. Kristy didn’t simply offer me money… she went above and beyond to try to give me back the actual buttons - she contacted the Chinese clothing brand although getting no responses, looked among local artists and asked around for references of crafts prospects for weeks. Every step of the way, she kept me informed on progress and thanked for my patience - she even asked about what cicadas meant in my culture! In the end, after a couple of months, she found a novel solution from a local business called “Sticky Fingers” and restored my cicada buttons perfectly to human eyes! I really appreciated the genuine care in Kristy’s customer service, her professionalism and persistence! Highly recommend!

This is THE BEST dry cleaning service I have ever been to. There's so many great dry cleaners but I throughly enjoyed taking my clothes here for almost three full years. One of the staff members, Kristi, is super amazing. She always made sure everything was done in a very professional manner. My clothes came out very clean and there were never any issues. Very courteous, professional, personal and friendly. The service is exemplary. If I return to the area for business, I will most certainly utilize the service again. I absolutely recommend Benchmark for your dry cleaning needs!

I have been in the bespoke custom clothing industry for 28 years, now servicing NW Arkansas so my shirts are extremely well tailored ($195 to $600) and need special attention when laundered.

I searched Google for dry cleaners in this area and Benchmark came up as the most highly rated of all. I took 7 shirts to them this week, and have to proclaim, these people are the best of any dry cleaner I have ever used, that includes in Chicago, Dallas, Texas....nobody knows how to properly clean, starch and especially ,how to press a collar so perfectly as this company. For years, I have always re-pressed the collars on all my shirts after pick-up, but these collars are as perfect as you will ever see. Absolutely incredible attention to details!!!!!!

Almost 3 years ago, I moved from Chicago to NWA and was on the hunt for a great dry cleaners. I struck gold stopping into Benchmark and will continue doing business with them because of their first-class customer service.

This is a wonderful example -- This evening (Monday), I made it 5 minutes before the store closed. My fiancé needed 2 of his suits cleaned by tomorrow. Long and short, they had already picked up the garments for the day and it would be Wednesday before they'd be ready. However, Olivia went above and beyond and said she would personally drive them over to their plant and make sure the suits were cleaned and ready by tomorrow. Thank you Olivia for being a solution provider!!

I have always been extremely pleased with the quality of work and level of service provided at Benchmark but was absolutely blown away recently thanks to Christy. I was a bridesmaid and was playing with fire by waiting until 1 week before the wedding to get my dress hemmed. The wedding was on a Sunday and I was told my dress would be available Saturday. However, I didn't realize that Benchmark closes at 12 on Saturdays. I was in Fayetteville and got a call from Christy at Benchmark at 12:30 double checking if I needed the dress for Sunday since the store was now closed. She then went out of her way (after hours I might add!) to meet me in Springdale and bring me the dress herself! Truly a life saver!

Used one of the two locations weekly since 2010 and had great service every time. I've had one shirt lost and they refunded the price of the shirt with no questions asked. I would highly recommend!

Just moved to rogers 2 months ago. Im a procrastinator anyway long story short I needed some clothes for the next day. The first two places couldn't help me. I called Christy here at benchmark and she couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They had my dry cleaning ready at 630 am the very next day. I told Christy about the bad reviews and she seemed sincerely concerned about it. Just want everybody to know how great and nice Christy at Benchmark is. Five out of Five
