Sams southern eatery St Louis

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is great. I Love their fried green tomatoes, fresh salads, chicken and fish ...The crew there is really nice. They also have slot machines there to enjoy.

Sam's does bodega grill food like nowhere else. Their fish is crispy and delicious. Their portions are huge. You get a free soda with every meal. Oh! And you can buy your rillos here. 10/10 bodega.

Truly, a neighborhood friendly joint. I'm frankly impressed by the immediate willingness of the staff to engage in earnest to help a neighbor... A neighbor who they did not personally know. Bravo, Sam's. You get my vote.

Great food and friendly service! I ordered ahead and showed up a few minutes before my pickup time and the food was hot and ready. Once I realized some of my food was fried instead of grilled, they took it back and fixed it with a little extra. Also the crab cakes are the best thing on the menu, will be back!!

They boys were great! Really know how to make ya feel welcome, and taken care of. All the while cutting up and having a good time doing it. The good energy is infectious. If you don't leave with a smile on your face, either its been a real bad day for one of the guys or perhaps you're just a sourpuss, for whom there is no pleasing, and you should just stay home next time, ya friggin d!ck!

Originally wanted to order the whole catfish (which they were unfortunately they were out of) but ended up trying a fish, chicken, and shrimp combo. Glad i did because all 3 of them tasted really good. The breading has a solid flavor and the items weren't overly greasy. Definitely will be coming back and recommend if you have a fried food craving.

This is my favorite spot to eat the food is incredible my favorite is the crab cakes and my son loves the wings and my daughters favorite is the burger they have vapesand other smoking essentials as well they will look out for you on the days where you are struggling they'll treat you like you are part of their family ❣ I love Sam's Southern Eatery and I promise you will love them as well hurry up and go give them a try you can thank me later

I came to get something to eat on break from work. I ordered the chicken curry and a cheese fry. I left and came back, and opened my food and it was just the chicken curry. I went to my car to get receipt. An show the owner I also ordered a cheese fry. He said no worries it actually was not on receipt hed forgot to add it or charge me so he gave me a huge cheese fry for free. We ate inside the store. An both the cook and owner asked us how we liked the food. So I say 5 stars! Good place! Good service! Good food!!!

OMG the huge philly cheese steak was so juice, flavorful and loaded with tender meat, onions, peppers and plenty of cheese. The fries was perfect. I really hurt myself smashing that whole plate. I even shared it with my husband as he was driving home. Plus they got Mrs. Nicky's Pies in there for dessert. Please check them out.
